SCMP DATA PROTECTION POLICY FOR THE 1PLUSX DATA MANAGEMENT PLATFORM

This data protection declaration explains how 1plusX collects, processes and
uses data on our behalf, how data security is guaranteed and which options
Internet users have with regard to their data.


1. DATA COLLECTION BY 1PLUSX DMP


1.1 DATA COLLECTION AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Data collection is used, among other things, to deliver relevant advertising or
content, to improve the user experience and to enhance analytical skills.

A cookie is set in your Internet browser by 1plusX or a device ID is used in
mobile applications and a pseudonymised user profile is created or continuously
updated and assigned to the cookie or the device ID.

Data is collected with cookies and pixels on websites using the respective
technology. A cookie is a key (data string) that is stored on the user's
Internet browser. A pixel is a code that displays the online activities of a
browser.

Data is collected in mobile applications using a device ID. The device ID
(identification) is a unique number assigned to a mobile device.

You can object to this data processing at any time with effect for the future.
Please follow the links in the section 'Objection Options/User rights’ with the
corresponding explanations.

The legal basis for this data storage and usage via a permanent cookie or a
device ID is section 15 subsection 3 TMG (German Telemedia Act)/art. 6 para. 1
clause 1 lit. f) GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). You have a right of
objection against this data processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR. Please refer to
point 1.4 "Objection options / User Choices" to object to this data processing.

1plusX collects, processes and stores data through the above mentioned data
collection. This data does not refer directly to information about the identity
of a user, but for example to information which websites or mobile applications
a user has visited. A user profile is created with the collected data and linked
to a cookie or a device ID.


1.2 DATA SECURITY

1plusX collects data in compliance with the highest security standards. For
example, all data is only transmitted securely and stored in a secure
environment that is continuously checked and accredited by security experts.
1plusX protects your data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure through
technical and organizational measures.


1.3 PARTNERS OF 1PLUSX

While 1plusX actively communicates high data protection standards to its
partners through contractual agreements and other measures, the partners
themselves are responsible for compliance and therefore 1plusX cannot be held
liable for any violation of the 1plusX data protection guidelines by one of the
partners used by 1plusX.

1plusX works together with the following partners for the playout of
advertising:

 * MediaMath
 * MailChimp
 * One by AOL

When working with these partners, some data is also transmitted to their ad
servers, some of which may be located in countries outside the European Union.
This is pseudonymised cookie information (cookie ID or device ID) and the
assignment to relevant advertising segments. In this respect, it is ensured that
an appropriate level of data protection exists in each case.


1.4 OPPOSITION OPTIONS/ USER CHOICES

In order to prevent cookie- or device-ID-based data collection, the user can
change the settings of his/her devices and/or browsers at any time in order not
to accept and save cookies. The user can also delete the cookies stored on the
computer. The device ID can be changed at any time by the user on the device. In
addition, the user can refuse the collection, processing and storage of data.

As a user, you have the following choices:

 * Request the deletion of stored data
