OUR STORY Kiera and Salim first crossed paths with one another in 2013 during their academic pursuits at The University of Ontario Institute of Technology, where both were engaged in the study of Kinesiology. RECEPTION 6:30 PM - 1:00 AM, June 21, 2024 Dinner & Dancing to follow ACCOMMODATIONS HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS & SUITES VAUGHAN SOUTHWEST Please find available Booking Options to reserve your stay below: $205 excludes taxes & fees OPTION 1: Reservations for the Group Block can be made by booking online using the hyperlink below "View Website": Booking code: K & S 24 (Manually select the date for your stay and enter search). OPTION 2: Reservations can be made by calling our Central Call Centre toll-free at 1-877-660-8550 or the hotel directly at 905-851-1510 Ext. 0 When making reservations, guests must refer to the Group Name K & S 24 OR Group Code K24 at the time of booking. The Guest Service Agent will require this information in order to reserve the discounted group rate. Reservations must be made before the cutoff date 21st May, 2024 to receive the discounted group rate. Reservations made after the cutoff date are subject to availability and the discounted group rate would no longer be applicable. Rate is based on Single or Double occupancy plus applicable taxes. There will be an additional fee of $10 per person per night for the 3rd and 4th person per room. Children 18 years and under stay free of charge. Please note that early check-in is not guaranteed due to high occupancy levels. Check-in starts at 3:00 pm. We kindly request that our guests adhere to a formal attire dress code for our special day. For gentlemen, this typically entails a suit, while ladies may opt for cocktail dresses, pant suit or formal evening wear. We believe that dressing in formal attire adds to the grace and splendor of the occasion, enhancing the overall ambiance of our celebration. WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY? Please aim to arrive no later than 4:45 pm in the afternoon as the ceremony will promptly commence at 5:00 pm in the evening. Your punctuality ensures that we can begin the event smoothly and on time. ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO COME? Our wedding will be an adult only event. WILL THERE BE PARKING? Yes, parking is free on the premises. CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY? We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that you do not take any photos or videos during the ceremony from 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm. We have hired a professional photographer and we will share photos with you after.
