This is interesting. But I'm curious to know her BMI and her incision (midline
or transverse) as both are very important in post-operative recovery and
mobility. In developed countries, they have a "pre-habilitation" program quite
similar to what you all have done here. Now robotic or laparoscopic hysterectomy
will soon fully replace open hysterectomy and they are performed as day-case
procedures even for endometrial cancers with BMI over 50-60. Indicating the
duration of your patients' post op stay would be informative to readers. I hope
you will initiate this as a pilot project and publish the results as single case
may not be strong enough to come for a valid conclusion.
