ROGER GREEN & COMPANY HAS CEASED TO TRADE ON THE 30TH JUNE 2022.

Thank you to all clients for whom we have been pleased to act during the many
years in which the firm has been in business.  Whilst Pinney Talfourd LLP have
not taken over our practice (and they are not a “successor practice”), we have
no hesitation in recommending Pinney Talfourd to our clients for their future
needs safe in the knowledge that our traditional values of service, honesty,
trust and integrity will be continued and built upon by them for many years to
come.

winding down of our practice.  We would strongly recommend Pinney Talfourd to

We have put the following measures in place to ensure that our clients and their
interests are properly protected, assisted and supported.

02. CURRENT MATTERS

It is your choice to decide who takes over the conduct of your current file.

We have made arrangements with local solicitors to offer to assist our clients
with the continuing conduct of their current files. We will arrange for them to
contact you to discuss with you if you wish them to act for you.  If you wish to
instruct a solicitor of your own choice, then your file will be transferred to
that solicitor.

We have arranged for Pinney Talfourd LLP to take safe custody of completed
conveyancing files which have pending registrations lodged at the Land Registry.
Pinney Talfourd will oversee the completion of those registrations.




03. FUTURE MATTERS

We would strongly recommend Pinney Talfourd LLP (www.pinneytalfourd.co.uk) to
all of our private and business clients for any future legal needs.

04. WILLS

We have also arranged for Pinney Talfourd to take safe custody of all Wills
which we have been storing for our clients.  Pinney Talfourd will contact you in
due course to seek your instructions as to the future retention of your Will by
them or its return to you.




05. TITLE DEEDS

We will continue to store those title deeds which we hold for our clients in
safe and secure premises pursuant to the rules provided by the Solicitors
Regulation Authority pending suitable arrangements being agreed with you
concerning them.




06. ARCHIVED FILES

We will continue to store those files which have been finished and archived in
safe and secure premises pursuant to the rules as to file storage, retention and
destruction provided by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
