NOT A SHERATON EXPERIENCE AT ALL
+ Breakfast was at an okay price, with middle quality, service at breakfast
was excellent
- The rooms are super small, it is hard to find a place for luggage without
blocking the bathroom door and within the bathroom there is no surface at
all to put down at least a small beauty bag.
There is no luggage storage provided at this hotel which I find very poor
considering the price and the service I expect from a Sheraton named Hotel

THIS IS A POD HOTEL, EXPECT THE MOST CRAMPED ROOM YOU'VE EVER EXPERIENCED
IN A MARRIOTT.
It wasn't clear that this was a pod hotel. I knew it was "express", but I
had no idea that meant there wasn't even a place to hang a shirt so it
didn't hit the door or a shower where I wasn't touching the walls with my
shoulders. Needs to be much more clear that this is a pod hotel.

WARM RECEPTION BY THE HOTEL STAFF AND GREAT LOCATION
We stayed at Four Points Express by Sheraton London Euston in two different
periods (Sept. 23 - Sept. 26 and Oct. 12 - Oct. 16, 2024) for seven (7)
nights in total while we were vacationing in England. Our flight from the
U.S. arrived in the morning. The room was ready when we arrived at the
hotel. The staff kindly let us check in early (before noon). It is
conveniently located near two train stations - Easton and Kings Cross,
which was very important to us. Great restaurants recommended by the staff
were within the walking distance. We also walked to major tourist
attractions such as The British Museum, National Gallery of Art, St. Paul
Cathedral, Westminster Abby, Big Ben, Tate Modern Art, Tower of London, and
etc. The only downside is the room size. The size of 8 sqm could be a
challenge for a couple. They upgraded our room and provided us with free
drinks and breakfast. This is a new hotel which opened in July 2024. The
staff was extremely enthusiastic about what they do and working hard. The
bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night despite of the
location. Special thanks to Asher and Julia at the front desk and the
restaurant manager and staff who were so pleasant.

EXCELLENT LOCATION
My room was small to the point I couldn’t pray but price to quality ratio

DON'T BOTHER WITH THE BUDGET ROOMS
Although nicely appointed, my room was small and the noise made a restful
stay impossible. The noise from traffic, the plumbing and the service exit
slamming from the early hours of the morning made sleeping past 5.30am
impossible. The breakfast food was average, save your money and go to a
nice cafe for breakfast. Definitely opt for the upper floors if available.

The hotel is fine, indeed good for an express EXCEPT that the rooms are
incredibly small and this ruins the overall rating for me.
I won’t be staying again.

SMALL AND COLD PLACE.
In decades of business travel I have never stayed anywhere as small as the
'efficient' 8sqm room, totally impractical for normal sized folk with even
just an overnight bag, really cramped and difficult to pop a lap top out to
do a little work or even sit and read or stow clothes. Whilst I get this is
an Express hotel, this was not evident when booking the room and dimensions
were not available at the time I booked, neither what I expected from a
Marriot, so this was a surprise. I would recommend people just triple check
the room guide and reviews before booking, so you know what to expect.
Everywhere in general spaces in the hotel was freezing, even early October
I would not expect the general spaces to be so cold, I come from the north
of England so understand what the weather is like, and indoors would have
had some heating or removed the air-con.
