STEP 1:

Check your Fido email account. Once your order has been shipped, you will
receive an email from Fido with all the details.






HAVEN’T RECEIVED EMAIL?

Occasionally you will not receive a shipping confirmation email within 2
business days due to high volume of orders/busy time of year. We are working as
quickly as possible to get your order to you!


STEP 2:

Copy the tracking number from the email we sent.


STEP 3:

Enter the tracking number on the Courier’s website (linked below) to track
shipment.

It may take up to 24 hours for the updated tracking status and scheduled
delivery date to appear on their website. Orders typically take 2-3 business
days to arrive.

FAQ

When will I receive my online order?

Orders made through fido.ca or by phone are normally delivered within 2-5
business days (excludes weekends and holidays). In some cases, orders might take
up to 10 business days to arrive.
Devices on pre-order or backorder will have longer estimated shipping dates
which will be indicated at the time of purchase.


Are there shipping fees?

There are no shipping fees

How do I track a phone return?

First, when returning or exchanging a phone, write down the tracking number that
appears on the prepaid return label provided. If you can’t find the return
label, contact us. Then, simply enter your tracking number in the appropriate
tracking number field on your courier’s website.

It may be possible to modify or cancel your order or change the shipping
