Raffle Rules of Play

I. TICKET DETAILS

Pricing: 1 for $10, 5 to $20, 25 for $50




Total tickets: 25,000




Draw information:

January 18, 2023 at 1:00pm

1903 Forestry Farm Park Drive, Saskatoon, ON S7S 1G9




Prize information:

50/50 Prize up to a maximum of $25,000




II. METHOD

Only 1 draw where winner will receive 50% of ticket sales raised during the
ticket sales period. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an
SLGA registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).
The winner shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification.




III. ELIMINATION OF WINNERS

There's only one draw to be conducted, no subsequent draws after that.




IV. AGE LIMIT

Must be 19+ to purchase




V. CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be located within the province of Saskatchewan.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the raffle:

All employees of the organization associated with the management and execution
of the raffle, and all of the organization's board members.

Ticket purchasers must use a valid email address to purchase tickets and claim
prizes.




VI. ANY OTHER RESTRICTIONS TO THE WINNING PRIZE

The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the
winner due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of
purchase.

VII. CONDITIONS FOR UNCLAIMED PRIZES

The organization shall hold prizes that are unclaimed in a secure location for a
period of one (1) year from the date of the draw. If the prizes go unclaimed
beyond their hold date, the prize/cash equivalent shall be donated to a
charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA.

Tickets can only be purchased online.
