INNOVATION AND AGILITY IN PROCUREMENT: DRIVING THE NEW WAY TO BUY TECHNOLOGY

OVERVIEW

APRIL 5
11AM PT, 2PM ET

Register

Governments scrambled to buy technology during the crisis to meet the needs of
their people. Processes were streamlined and emerging technologies were
introduced at a speed unknown to anyone associated with government. Procurement
and technology organizations re-evaluated their approach on how to manage their
risk with the introduction of concepts like quick pilots and failing fast.
Technology as-a-service played an integral role in this transformation. Now
what? This webinar will explore these key questions:

 * What did government do differently that worked?
 * How did technology and procurement organizations work together for success?
 * What process changes will continue into the future?
 * What did we learn to continue to drive innovation and agility in procurement?
