ABOUT LEAD WITH COURAGE

LEAD with COURAGE was born of the experiences of its founder, Paul Roggenkamp
whose life brought challenges and triumphs inspired by great leadership and
frustrated by poor leadership. Following graduation from West Point, through two
diverse careers of more than 20 years each, Paul learned from the best and the
worst, taking each experience as a lesson on leadership.

Leadership principles do not, have not, will not change… the people in
leadership positions either use them properly and lead effectively, or they
misuse or don’t use the principles, and subject their people to confusion,
insecurity, frustration and anger.

LEAD with COURAGE teaches teams, businesses and individuals through coaching and
mentorship the value of effectively applied leadership, and how to become
effective, inspirational and intelligent leaders.
