The company was established on July 1, 2022, as an investment holding firm with
subsidiaries including Exhaust Garment Sdn Bhd, Pasaraya MU Sdn Bhd, Pinly
Garment (M) Sdn Bhd, and Golden Age Technology Sdn Bhd. Headquartered in Kedah,
Malaysia, the company is primarily engaged in designing, marketing, and selling
business and casual apparel for both men and women, as well as school uniforms
under its own brands. Additionally, the company serves as an Original Equipment
Manufacturer (OEM) for third-party brands and house brands for a large format
retailer in Malaysia. The distribution channels include 16 company-owned retail
outlets in the Klang Valley, over 400 consignment counters at large format
retailers and standalone retail outlets nationwide, as well as an e-commerce
channel.

KID’S APPAREL



The demand for kids’ apparel is rising due to an increasing number of newborns,

preferences for changing trends among children of different age groups are

penetration are in place to meet these evolving needs.


SPORTS APPAREL

The demand for sports apparel and athleisure wear remains strong, supported by
