Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes period starts on January 29, 2024, at noon
Eastern Time and ends after April 28, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET.
Important: Regardless of the entry types, there is an entry limit of forty-five
(45) entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period (January 29, 2024 – April
28, 2024).
HOME DEPOT SURVEY RULES
1. All the participants must be United States residents to enter the $ 5,000
sweepstakes.
2. Every participant must process the age of majority (18 years).
3. All the employees, the contest administrator, officers, directors, their
respective affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively,
“Contest Parties”), agents or representatives of the Sponsor, subsidiaries,
and the immediate family and household members of any of the above-mentioned
related companies are not allowed to take the Home Depot survey Medallia.
4. Sweepstakes are void in Puerto Rico.
HOME DEPOT SURVEY SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY
There are two (2) Categories in the Sweepstakes:
1. Consumer Category.
2. Professional Category.
For the Home Depot Survey Sweepstakes,
One (1) Prize Winner will be selected from the eligible entries received within
the Consumer Category, and One (1) Prize Winner will be chosen from the eligible
entries received within the Professional Category.
It is crucial to remember that you can enter only one category.
Professional Category Eligibility: Entrant must be employed as a General
Contractor/Remodeler, Building Operator/Maintenance, Handyman,
Building/Construction worker (residential or commercial), Real Estate/Rental
Property Manager, or Special Tradesman (includes plumber, electrician, roofing,
HVAC, etc.
If you do not possess the criteria of the Professional Category, you must enter
the Consumer Category.
Participants who enter the online survey will be automatically placed in the
correct category based on the information they provide within the survey.
Participants who enter via the AMOE must provide their category preference at
the time of entry.
HOME DEPOT SWEEPSTAKES REWARDS
Will Home Depot Provide A $5000 Gift Card? Home Depot only allows all survey
participants to enter the sweepstakes contest. During the sweepstakes period,
one prize winner is selected for each category.
Each announced winner will receive a USD 5,000 gift card.
One Prize Winner will be selected randomly from all entries received within the
Consumer category (the “Consumer Prize Winner”).
Moreover, A one-prize winner will be selected from a random drawing of all
entries received within the professional category.
Consumer Category Prize: One (1) Prize of a $5,000 Home Depot Gift Card will be
awarded to the Consumer Prize Winner (“Consumer Prize”).
Professional Category Prize: One (1) Prize of a $5,000 Home Depot Gift Card will
be awarded to the Professional Prize Winner (“Professional Prize”). The ARV of
the Professional Prize is five thousand dollars ($5,000).
The probability of being announced as a lucky winner depends upon the number of
eligible applications received.

I had a wonderful experience at your store in Annapolis due to your
employees. I have a fractured wrist and arrived knowing I would need help
lifting heavy trees, but I was overwhelmed by their kindness. Cindy in
Customer Service quickly arranged the help for me and was very
professional; Rick loaded the trees onto the wagon, and Delores went way
beyond her job, pushing everything from the parking lot into the service
area to be scanned and then back outside waiting until the trees were
picked up. Employees make or break a business, and because of these three
helpful, kind people, I will make it a point to shop at Home Depot. I hope
that they are appreciated.

I am grateful for the service from Steven Friedman in the kitchen & bath
department. Steven helped me design my new kitchen on March 27. He has
experience, knowledge and lot of patience with costumers. A week later, I
needed help picking up kitchen appliances, and I asked Steven for help
again. He went above and beyond to show me different brands and compare
them to make sure I have the best. I really appreciated his kindness, help
and time.

I needed a few feet of nylon rope, and I needed employee assistance. I
contacted “E”, who helped me out better than anyone else I have ever used
in any other store! Great lady!

I needed some help with a buy-one item and getting a free sprayer. When I
went to self-checkout, no one knew what to do to help me. Therefore, I went
to customer service, and this Sweet, wonderful lady named Mrs. Joyce helped
me with the buy-one and get-a-free sprayer. She also assisted me with
signing up for my military discount. She offered excellent customer service
and went above and beyond her call of duty! Mrs. Joyce totally deserves a
Raise!!!!

I had a beautiful experience today after waiting in line to be served.
Terrane did a fantastic job getting me on my way. Apart from his pleasant
demeanour and smile, Terrane accommodated me with utmost ease. He nailed my
time in the store, oh yes, he did.
