Items typically do not come in original packaging. Items are being offered in
"as-is" condition with visual signs of distress.

WHERE DOES UBIDUWIN SOURCE ITS PRODUCTS FROM?

uBiduWin is a division of Quicklotz Liquidations. We have contracts with major
retailers nationwide to liquidate their excess inventory. The merchandise mostly
consist of overstocks and customer returns.

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN UBIDUWIN AUCTIONS?

To place a bid, you must first create an account with us. Input your
information, click on "Submit" and click on the verification email that is sent
to you to activate your account. It is important to understand that you may bid
on as many products as you like and continue to re-enter your bid amount until
you are the highest bidder when the auction closes. You will be billed for the
highest amount entered on a given lot.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY ITEM?

You have 24 hours to pay for your item or it will be relisted.

HOW DO I APPLY CREDIT ON AN ITEM?

Credit is added on the first page of the checkout, below shipping preferences.

HOW DO I GET MY PRODUCTS?

All paid invoices are available for pick-up by APPOINTMENT only from
Monday-Friday 9am-4pm EST at our Shelby warehouse located at 430 Neisler St,
Shelby, NC 28152.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY ITEM?

If your item is not picked up within 7 days, the buyer is charged a $50 fee for
every week it remains at the facility.


If your item is not picked up within 30 days of the initial purchase, it is
considered abandoned and the item will be resold by uBiduWin with no refunds to
the original buyer.


All products are sold AS-IS meaning there will be no refunds, exchanges, or
customer credit for any reason. All sales are final.
