What does 'apply to sell' mean? Why ‘apply’?

We remain in beta testing phase at the moment, implying our purchasing ability
for devices is limited, and solely within specific regions. After providing you
with an estimate and adding you to our waiting list, the proposed offer will
remain valid for a restricted duration. Refer to our terms and conditions for
further details. We’ll contact you once we officially launch, to verify if
you’re still interested in selling.

How do you work out what my phone is worth?

We utilize our exclusive diagnostic and pricing algorithm, TechCheck, to
determine your device’s value. By answering a series of questions about your
phone’s condition and allowing our TechCheck app to scan it, a scientific score
is produced. This score correlates to an impartial and precise price for your
device, taking its specific condition into account. We then present an ‘in
principle’ offer, subject to confirmation after we physically inspect your
phone. If the final quote is lower, you always have the option not to sell.

What’s the TechCheck?

The TechCheck application provides a valuation for your gadget. It utilizes a
cutting-edge 70-point diagnostic system, supported by our skilled technical
specialists. In essence, this enables us to accurately determine your phone’s
exact condition, ensuring an improved quote upon selling.

Is my personal data safe?

Absolutely! We perform a comprehensive data erasure on each device prior to
repackaging it, ensuring no remnants. Moreover, all our associates are seasoned,
officially certified refurbishers with whom we have built a strong relationship.
It is recommended that you create a backup of any crucial data prior to selling
your device. After our data wipe, retrieving any information will be impossible.

account. Should the final amount be lower than your online estimate, you have
