Was planning to stay for about an hour, but ended up staying for 3 hours. Great
views, relaxing and I found it calming. Friendly staff will bring coffee and
food. Perhaps next time I would pay the extra to go to the higher floors and
have the dining experience.

We bought the tickets online and got confirmation. Service there was great and
the experience was incredible. There was a line for regular tickets, but our
lane was not busy since we had the skip the line tickets.

Had a lovely time and took our toddler, who was born 2019, in the best mood.
Everyone was lovely even with him running around. We did the VIP tour to the
upper floor which I would recommend as you donu2019t have to wait in massive
queues. The view at night was specular on the top floor

Once you get to Dubai Mall, you need to walk through the mall to the lower
ground floor (also referred to as LG).
