Amazing work and staff! I went here a while back to get my dog fixed, and I am
happy to report that they haven't skipped a beat! First the staff, I read the
reviews from a few people about the bad attitudes over the phone, at the desk,
in the offices, and I have to say I never experienced this AT ALL! These women
were fantastic to me and my cats, they answered all my questions, and even with
my worrying and nervousness, they made sure to reassure me that everything would
be fine and went the extra mile to soothe my cats when they were also nervous
and scared. Ares and Athena had to stay the night with them but they made sure
to take care of them while I couldn't be there. The woman at the front desk
showed them amazing care and affection. When I picked them up, everyone who had
ANY interaction with them saw us off, which to me just solidified that I made
the right choice choosing this place! I wholeheartedly recommend this place to
anyone and don't trust the bad rumors, just experience it yourself!
