The Elasco XtremeGuard Heavy-Duty 4.5" Two-Channel and 2" Single Channel is
designed for the most brutal, hardcore working environments and supports loads
up to 40,000 lbs. per tire. The three total channels include two inner 4.5"
channels and one outer bonus 2" bonus channel. The XtremeGuard line is designed
to withstand load bearing weights between 300-500 tons, such as large mining
trucks.

This heavy-duty cable protector is proudly manufactured in the United States
using American manufacturing technology. It has a solid-cast polyurethane base
with a reinforced fiberglass lid. The patented double-gullwing design (patent
#D799941) allows for easy cable access without compromising on strength.
Fishbone connectors allow multiple units to gang together as needed.

The curved, sloping design is engineered to create a supportive bridge over
pipes and hoses for military, mining and large construction equipment. As tires
roll up and over the gullwing shape, it prevents excessive compression by
distributing the surface pressure and keeps lines intact.

Multiple channel sizes protect a mix of hoses and pipes

The single gullwing design includes two 4.5" channels and one outer 2" channel.
The double gullwing features mirrored channels for twice the cable protection.
The mix of large and small channels gives you more variety for mixed lines and
allows you to keep smaller hoses and pipes separate.

Built for the toughest of working environments

Both the single and double gullwing cable ramps support up to 40,000 lbs. per
tire and are designed to withstand vehicle weights between 300-500 tons. That
makes them uniquely suited to pit mines and similar applications where extremely
