Quality product accompanied by professional customer service

I have since made two seperate purchases through VKB. After research and
majority communities praising vob for quality, entry level and durability, i
decided to purchase ly first joystick with them. Not realising that the joystick
was out of stock, i wrote and email frustrated that my same day express order
was not sent out.
Luc kindly explained the reason and stated its shown on the website itself,
which i understood and accepted
after i received my product, received excellent customer sevice it was a no
brainer to continue to support vkb in purchasing my throttle, which was same day
shipped!
Will be saving alooking to get the rudders to complete the set! thank you luc

Brilliant...can't complain!

Incredibly adjustable with really good software once you know how to work it. Up
to 128 buttons (physical and incorporating a shift button) which makes assigning
buttons difficult as there's a lot of choice, especially with a
H.O.S.A.S/H.O.T.A.S (Omni throttle adapter). Great postage to N.Z and follow up.
Also tonnes of online video instructions. Have fun!

Outstanding Product for the Price Point

These pedals are well constructed and very responsive. One of the great benefits
these have over the competition is their small size so they can live under my
desk even when I'm not playing a flight Sim. While having toe brakes would be
good, I'm more than happy to go without to get a really robust and responsive
set of pedals for a very reasonable price.

Great joystick for my gliding set-up

I wanted a controller that I could customise to the feel of a real life glider…
and this is it. To make it perfect I need a yellow button for cable release and
will add the 3-lever throttle controller to the left and set up as air brakes,
flaps and trim. The controller itself is doing a great job on its own for now
though

Immensely good

I've owned about 10 different sticks on my time and this just blows anything
similarly priced out of the water.
Additionally, the customer service team is great and dealt with the issues I've
had in a professional manner.

Just wow...

This stick is amazing! Feels so good in hand, is butter smooth and super
customizable. With the amount of options you get with the different cams, spring
strengths and dampener settings you can get the feel just how you want. Build
quality is excellent.
Having been a happy Warthog user for the past 5 years I had been debating
upgrading to one of the higher tier products for a while now and was unsure if
it would be worth the expense for the benefit I'd get. But after setting up the
Gunfighter and taking my first flight I immediately knew it was completely worth
it. The Warthog had served me well, but this thing is just on another level!
Also want to say, in doing research on whether I would upgrade, and potentially
which product I would go for, I saw multiple examples of VKB providing stellar
customer support and was very impressed by the way they make newer technology
accessible to previous customers through upgrade paths. It's refreshing to see
in this day and age and speaks to a quality company.
So happy with this purchase!

You simply won’t be disappointed, it’s a joy to have such a quality stick
between my fingers. Easy setup and a great support base with easy to follow

Awesome rudder pedals

Changing to these pedals was like night and day from my old pedals, they’re so
precise and made flying that much more enjoyable! If it had only one drawback
that would be the lack of brakes, but it’s not a deal breaker. The solid
construction, precise accurate movement, and very competitive pricing made these
pedals a no brainer and I don’t regret the purchase for a second.

With the new throttle , it’s made extremely well and solid, it sends such

On another level!

So I’ve had VKB gear for a while now, over 4+ years. I have recently started
playing a lot more DCS with a few friends and we have formed a Squadron online.
One of them who shall remain nameless….. MARLO!!!, bought one of these and I
tried it. I went straight back and ordered one. For here at work. I liked it so
much, I bought one for home as well. lol. We call it an Arms Race. I’ve opened
up 2 fronts so I win.
This Joystick is just on another level. My flying has improved so much with its
precision. Buttons?!? You want buttons? Well take your pick. They are all here
and the quality is insane. On top of that, you can swap buttons if you want. How
insane is that! With the brake lever on the joystick you can apply just the
right amount of pressure so you don’t nose over and bend your prop. So with my
STECS, Gunfighter and Pedals all from VKB, I’ve got the matched set and I am
over the moon. Thanks VKB for going the extra effort to produce such amazing
hardware.

The joystick is very good. It replaces a Logitech Yoke that was useless in
trimming.
I have only one hand working and this joystick enables me to 'fly' aircraft
really well. The buttons are very programmable and the Twist Rudder is
excellent. Very pleased with the product from an old and retired commercial
pilot.

Perfect stick for DCS

After looking at the logitech x56, I settled on the VKB after lots of research
and have to say, I'm definitely not disappointed! This is by far the best
joystick I have ever owned.

Don't buy any plastic rudder pedals.. ANY

I've been a flight sim nut for more years then i care to reveal an after buying
these pedals i can only give you 1 piece of advice. if you are new an thinking
of getting some pedals do not buy plastic . the amount on money I've wasted over
the years buying a slight upgrade here an there only to be constantly
disappointed every time buying not so cheap plastic crap is aggravating. i wish
something like this was around an i wish somebody told me to just save a bit
longer an get the proper tool for the job .. these are the proper tool for the
job.

Gladiator EVO and Gladiator EVO OMNI Throttle

Started playing Star Citizen, got really good at piloting with keyboard and
mouse and wanted to take my game to the next level. Bought these as a
celebration to myself for completing my trade certificate - and boy was I
excited for them to arrive so fast! But after setting them up and getting back
into the verse - boy was I dissapointed to find out that my skill with the
sticks was woeful at best. After spending 4 days of solid playing, maybe 20
hours or so all up, I was comfortable and confident in my abilities with them.
Takes a while to remember all the keybinds but with practice and reputation it
all becomes seamless, and I will never look back. Highly recommend!
