This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or "Policy") applies to all websites operated by Lumina Systems, Inc. DBA Lumina or its subsidiaries (the "Lumina Websites" or "Our Websites"). This Policy covers how we collect, use, and treat personal information that you may provide through our website (the "Website" or the "Site") or while using the Facilities on our Website (the "Facilities"). Our Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Site. Lumina.nyc (“Lumina”, “us”, or “we”) has developed the following Privacy Policy to ensure that the privacy of its members who are using Our Website(s) is protected. This Policy does not apply to any other companies' or organizations' websites to which we link, and you should check their privacy policies when visiting their sites. Lumina understand that the privacy of its members, visitors, Authorized Customers, guests, subscribers (“Members”, “you” or “your”) using the Site is extremely important. SMS Terms & Conditions Lumina Systems Inc. DBA Lumina DOES NOT SELL, share, lease, or disclose any personal information collected such as your email address, mobile number, or opt-in consent data. Lumina holds this information in the strictest privacy to be used only with the intent that it was disclosed. Lumina Systems Inc. Lumina will only send SMS messages to the client after the client verbally approved to receive them. These messages may contain appointment reminders or questions regarding a current or future project. The SMS messages have no set frequency. Reviewing, Changing or Removing Your Personally Identifiable Information We provide Visitors and Members with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site's database by contacting info@lumina.nyc However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor's and Members’ entries without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward. Lumina allows other third- party ad servers and ad networks and other companies to serve advertisements within Lumina websites. As these third-party advertisement servers and advertisements networks display and place advertisements links, they automatically gain access to your IP address, may also use cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons and other technologies to gain information about the effectiveness of the advertisements’ content that you view on the Lumina websites. As part of this information gathering practices, the advertisers may obtain certain information about you based on your pattern of surfing or viewing certain ads that are directed toward certain audiences based on an age group or other demographical criteria, even though Lumina has not provided them any information about you. Lumina Disclosure of Your Information We DO NOT sell or rent any of your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties for marketing purposes without your permission.
