LUMINA SYSTEMS INC. PRIVACY POLICY





Welcome to Lumina.nyc (the "Site" or “Website”). This privacy policy (“Privacy
Policy” or "Policy") applies to all websites operated by Lumina Systems, Inc.
DBA Lumina or its subsidiaries (the "Lumina Websites" or "Our Websites"). This
Policy covers how we collect, use, and treat personal information that you may
provide through our website (the "Website" or the "Site") or while using the
Facilities on our Website (the "Facilities"). Our Terms and Conditions of Use
(the "Terms") govern your use of the Site.


Lumina.nyc (“Lumina”, “us”, or “we”) has developed the following Privacy Policy
to ensure that the privacy of its members who are using Our Website(s) is
protected. This Policy does not apply to any other companies' or organizations'
websites to which we link, and you should check their privacy policies when
visiting their sites. Lumina understand that the privacy of its members,
visitors, Authorized Customers, guests, subscribers (“Members”, “you” or “your”)
using the Site is extremely important.



SMS Terms & Conditions

Lumina Systems Inc. DBA Lumina DOES NOT SELL, share, lease, or disclose any
personal information collected such as your email address, mobile number, or
opt-in consent data. Lumina holds this information in the strictest privacy to
be used only with the intent that it was disclosed.

Lumina Systems Inc. DBA Lumina DOES NOT SELL or share any personal information
including mobile number, email address, opt-in consent data with third parties
for marketing purposes.

Lumina will only send SMS messages to the client after the client verbally
approved to receive them.

These messages may contain appointment reminders or questions regarding a
current or future project.

The SMS messages have no set frequency. They will be written as needed, or
requested by the client. Message and data rates may apply on these messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 

To stop receiving messages from Lumina Systems Inc. DBA Lumina please reply STOP
and you will no longer receive any additional messages.

Information Lumina collects


During the registration process for any of the Lumina Websites, you may provide
us with certain Personally Identifiable Information. This Personally
Identifiable Information refers to any information that identifies or can be
used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information
pertains, including, but not limited to, name, demographic information (like
your address, city of residence or age), phone number, fax number, and email
address.

If you send Lumina Websites personal correspondence, such as emails or letters,
or if other Lumina Website users or third parties send us correspondence about
your activities, or postings or interactive style and practices on any of Lumina
Websites, we may collect such information into a file that is accessed only by
authorized Lumina personnel or representatives.


On some of Our Websites, you may choose to use our referral service to tell a
friend or friends about us. When you use this service, we will ask you for your
friend's name and email address and email your friend an invitation to visit Our
Website. We may retain this friend’s information for the sole purpose of sending
email and tracking the status of the referral. Only authorized employees have
access to your friend’s or friends’ information. Your friend or friends may
contact us by email at info@lumina.nyc to request that we remove their email
address from our records.



Cookies Used on Lumina Websites


Cookies are used for a variety of reasons. We use Cookies to obtain information
about the preferences of our Members and the services they select. Cookies are
small pieces of information that a web site places on your computer's hard drive
so we know it is you when you visit our Websites. Cookies usually do not contain
any information which is not readily available to any other site you visit or

We may use Personally Identifiable Information to customize the Site’s content
and layout, improve our marketing efforts, make appropriate service offerings,
and improve our members’ online experience. We may use Personally Identifiable
Information to email Visitors and Members about new services, research or
purchase and selling opportunities on the Site, information related to the
subject matter of the Site or information that is targeted to our members’
interests, such as banners and promotions. We may also use Personally
Identifiable Information to contact Visitors and Members in response to specific
inquiries, or to provide requested information and other informational updates.
We may use Personally Identifiable Information to enforce compliance with our
policies, agreements, and rules governing the use of Lumina Websites.



How is Personally Identifiable Information stored?


Personally Identifiable Information collected by us is securely stored and is
not accessible to third parties or employees of Lumina except for use as
indicated above.



Reviewing, Changing or Removing Your Personally Identifiable Information


We provide Visitors and Members with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally
Identifiable Information from the Site's database by contacting info@lumina.nyc
However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to
delete a Visitor's and Members’ entries without retaining some residual
information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable
Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we
will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to
that individual in any way moving forward.




Update/Delete/Opt-Out


Once you register, you will be able to review and change much of your Personally
Identifiable Information including, but not limited to: Your email address; your
city, state, ZIP or other postal code, country; your password; and your profile.

Please promptly update your information by logging in to your account and
following the screen prompts. We strongly urge you to change your password
periodically to help reduce the risk of unauthorized access to your account
information.

Upon your request, we will remove your credit card number and credit card
expiration date from our main databases. To make this request, email us at
info@lumina.nyc. Despite the foregoing and even though you have requested us to
remove information, we will retain in our files certain data such as credit card
information used to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, comply with credit
card merchant banking and association agreements, enhance security, reduce
fraud, comply with Federal and State law, or to enforce any agreements,
policies, and rules governing your use of Lumina Websites. Removed information
also may persist in backup copies and/or other users' caches. For example, any
information exchange with other Members may remain in their e-mail boxes,
computer caches, or instant message archive. Whether your exchanged information
is kept by another Member is beyond the control of any Lumina Websites. Any such
information retained by Lumina or under its control is not available to third
parties except as provided in this Policy.


You may opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by
us and/or our vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails as
instructed, or by contacting us at info@lumina.nyc


You also have the following choices to if you wish to modify or delete your
Personally Identifiable Information from our database:

1.     Log in with your password and modify/hold your account;

PRIVACY POLICY OF THIRD PARTIES AND HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING ON ANY
WEBSITE TO WHICH YOU LINK. Please note that when you click on one of these
links, you are clicking and moving to another web site. We encourage you to read
the privacy statements of these linked sites as their privacy policies may
differ from ours. Lumina allows other third- party ad servers and ad networks
and other companies to serve advertisements within Lumina websites. As these
third-party advertisement servers and advertisements networks display and place
advertisements links, they automatically gain access to your IP address, may
also use cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons and other technologies to gain
information about the effectiveness of the advertisements’ content that you view
on the Lumina websites. As part of this information gathering practices, the
advertisers may obtain certain information about you based on your pattern of
surfing or viewing certain ads that are directed toward certain audiences based
on an age group or other demographical criteria, even though Lumina has not
provided them any information about you.





Lumina Disclosure of Your Information


We DO NOT sell or rent any of your Personally Identifiable Information to third
parties for marketing purposes without your permission. We do, however, provide
your Personally Identifiable Information to our service providers (e.g., credit
card processing companies, billing services) as reasonably necessary or
appropriate to provide services on the Lumina Websites.

We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with other companies that
we may employ to perform functions on our behalf (collectively “Site Vendors”)
such as providing services related to the Site, maintaining the Website,
assuring compliance with our Terms of Use Agreement, Privacy Policy and other
communicating and posting rules, collecting data, responding to and/or sending
email, providing customer assistance and technological services or other
functions necessary to our business. When necessary, we will only share with
these Site Vendors the necessary information to perform their functions.

rules governing the use of any Lumina Website.


A word of caution: Do Not Disclose Your Personally Identifiable Information or
Password. Please DO NOT post, share or disclose any Personally Identifiable
Information that you wish to keep confidential from other members in public
forums, e.g., webcam or chat rooms, boards, messages etc. We encourage you to
learn more about the persons you are about to disclose your Personally
Identifiable Information to. As a rule, never disclose or share your password
with anyone else. As your password provides access to your Personally
Identifiable Information, losing control of your password could lead to your
loss of vital control over your Personally Identifiable Information and may be
subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. If your password has
been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password

Security


Lumina Websites use reasonable security measures designed to help protect and
prevent unauthorized access to, or disclosure of, Personally Identifiable
Information that you provide to us, and protect and prevent the loss, misuse,
and alteration of the information under our control. We adhere to, and exceed,
commonly accepted industry best practices for software and database and security
to secure and safeguard this information. Our security systems are structured to
deter and prevent hackers and others from accessing information you provide to
us and our technical staff works hard to help ensure your secure use of our
services. All of our employees are familiar with our security policy and
practices. Only limited number of authorized employees gains access via a
password to Personally Identifiable Information of our Members. Sensitive
information, such as credit card numbers is protected by encryption protocols,
in place to protect information sent over the Internet.


Please Note that while we take commercially reasonable measures to maintain a
secure site, due to the nature of Internet interactive communication and
continuously evolving technologies, there is no “fail Proof Security” on the
Internet, or elsewhere. As such, electronic communications and databases are
subject to errors, tampering and break-ins, and we cannot provide, and disclaim,
assurance that the information you provide us will remain free from loss,
misuse, or alteration by third parties who, despite our efforts, obtain
unauthorized access, and we will not be liable to our Members for any such
mishaps and occurrences.


Privacy Policy Changes


Lumina reserves its right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to revise,
amend, modify or revoke this Privacy Policy at any time and in any manner to the
fullest extent permitted by law. We will let our visitors and authorized
customers know about changes and modifications to our privacy policy by posting
such changes modifications on the Lumina websites. We encourage you to check our
privacy policy frequently so you will be informed about our information
gathering practices, how we might use that information and whether it will be
disclosed. You agree to review this privacy policy periodically to be aware of
such changes and modifications and your continued access or use of the site
shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Privacy Policy and
any future changes and modifications.

Lumina Websites are located and are hosted in the United States and are intended
for and directed to Visitors and Members in the United States. If you are
visiting or accessing Our Websites from outside the United States, from any
other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, you
are on notice that the data protection and other laws of the United States may
not be as comprehensive as those in your country, and through your continued use
of the Lumina Websites, which are governed by U.S. law, this Privacy Notice, and
our Terms of Use Agreement, you consent that your information may be transferred
