JEFFREY TONG

Hello! I'm a UC Berkeley undergrad majoring in Electrical Engineering and
Computer Sciences. Here you'll find a collection of some of my projects.

CALIFORNIA INFORMATICS COMPETITION (CALICO)

UC Berkeley's student-run semiannual educational algorithmic programming contest
with 900+ participants across 39 countries per contest. I serve as an officer,
helping with problem writing, testing, and art.


BLAIRPATH

Mapping tools to help students, teachers, and visitors of my high school,
Montgomery Blair (the most populous high school in Maryland) navigate and survey
the 200+ rooms and other landmarks across 3 floors on the school campus. Some of
my teachers have shown Blairpath to freshmen classes to help them get around!


ADVENTURES IN DIGITOPOLIS

A puzzle-platformer game with a storyline and a unique twist: You have to use
solutions to math puzzles to pass the later levels! Enjoyers of the 24 puzzle
will likely enjoy this as well.


MY EARLIEST CODING PROJECTS

I first learned to code by writing simple p5.js sketches on Khan Academy in 2013
at the age of 8. Because they were made by a very inexperienced me in a very
restricted sandbox, many of these are unfinished and/or poorly coded, but
they're a showcase of where I started and how far I've come!
