EXHIBITOR PORTAL

The exhibitor portal will be open in February where you can access everything
you need to prepare for IME West!

In the meantime, you can start your booth orders now and find everything you
need to build your booth below.

BOOTH LOGISTICS INFORMATION

Each inline booth and peninsula booth comes with eight-foot back drape,
three-foot high side dividers, and a sign with your company name.  Your booth
space will not come with carpet, and you are responsible for providing an
appropriate floor covering.

Other items you may wish to order for your booth can be found below, including
furniture, cleaning, electrical, internet, and other utilities and services.
Most services have advanced or early bird discounts.  To save money, be sure to
order by the deadlines noted on the order forms. 

Please make a note of our Official Vendors. These are our contracted partners
for this show, and the only companies authorized to contact exhibitors about
services. Please beware of other companies that may contact you for services,
including hotel rooms or attendee lists (which we do not sell or give away). 
Take extreme caution prior to providing any sensitive or personal information
such as credit card numbers.

If you have any questions about specific orders or products, please reach out
