delivery and returns information for details of delivery charges and
restrictions. The delivery times given are estimated and from time to time may
be affected by events outside our control, for example inclement weather or
postal strikes, for which we will not be responsible.
We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders within the Republic of Ireland and
Northern Ireland over €70. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any
time and standard restrictions apply.
Next Day Delivery is subject to placing your order before specific cut-off

In order to make a purchase you will need to set up an account. We will ask for
personal information in order to set up the account and you agree to provide

Once we accept your order it cannot be amended. Therefore please ensure it is

Once you’ve placed an order on the website, we will send you an email to
acknowledge your order. This acknowledgement does not imply an acceptance of the
order. For orders paid via credit or debit cards, only when the order has been
despatched will the purchase contract be made and will you be charged for the
goods ordered. Once the items have been shipped you will receive an email
informing you of the shipment. If you have paid through a PayPal account, your
account will be charged when the order is placed.
You can return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or within 28

PAYMENT
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate applicable to the country to which
the product is being shipped. Delivery costs are charged in addition to the
product price and included in the total cost in accordance with our charges as

If you are paying by credit or debit card, we will carry out a standard
pre-authorisation check on your card upon receiving your order to ensure there

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from

GIFT CARDS/VOUCHERS
We offer two types of gift vouchers. Our in-store Gift Cards can currently only
be redeemed in our stores. Online E-Gift Cards can be redeemed online or
in-store.
THE LIFE STYLE SPORTS GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Life Style Sports Gift Card is not a credit card.
Valid Life Style Sports Gift Cards may only be used as full or part payment for
goods in Life Style Sports.
Gift Cards do not have an expiry date and will remain valid if there is a
balance on them.
PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS
Life Style Sports reserves the right to decline any gift card which has not been
validly activated according to our procedures.
The gift card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Any residual balance on the gift card following the purchase of goods will
remain on the gift card while the gift card is valid to apply towards future
purchases.
Physical gift cards can currently only be used in-store.
Gift cards, regardless of purchase currency, can be used for both Euro or
Sterling transactions.
The maximum value per gift card is €/£500.
Life Style Sports excludes all liability for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.

ONLINE ORDERS OF PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS

Online Gift Card orders may be returned and refunded per your legal rights.
If you wish to cancel an order, written notice by email must be given within 14
days after the day an item is received.
We will only offer a refund if Gift Cards are returned unused and unopened in
their original packaging.
Following EU law, the cost of original and return postage shall be borne by the
customer and deducted from any refund.
Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving the written cancellation
notice.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
E-GIFT CARDS
Vouchers purchased through the online e-gift card order system can be exchanged
for goods in Life Style Sports stores and as payment for lifestylesports.com
online orders worldwide.
We shall have no liability for delay or failure to deliver vouchers to you where
the delay or failure to deliver is caused by circumstances wholly or partly
beyond our control.
We cannot guarantee that the e-gift card order system will be available to
customers, and we reserve the right to cease the online order system at any time

For individual consumer purchases of vouchers, the minimum online purchase is
€/£10.00, and the maximum per card is €/£500.00
The gift card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
