Saw palmetto, for example, is a tree whose fruit has been used to decrease
pressure in the urinary tract, prevent testosterone from being converted to DHT,
improve sexual function, and prevent hair loss.

Beta-sitosterol is a type of phytosterol found in almost all plants. High levels
of beta-sitosterols are found in rice bran, wheat germ, corn oils, and soybeans.
Beta-sitosterol may help reduce prostate swelling and related symptoms.

Graviola is a tree that grows in rain forests across Africa, South America, and

I NOTICED A CHANGE IN MY URINATION, FULL FLOWS, EASIER TO START URINATING, ABLE
TO SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT WITHOUT GETTING UP TO USE THE RESTROOM

Adams Vitality (prostate health) While on this I noticed a change in my
urination, full flows, easier to start urinating, able to sleep through the
night without getting up to use the restroom. Can’t believe my prostate health
when using this vitamin.
