OUR STORY

Welcome to Only-Fins.com, your premier destination for all your underwater
needs! Our journey began in the waters of Blue Lake, Utah, a place known for its
deslate and, oddly enough, its adventurous underwater encounters.

THE INSPIRATION

It all started with an unexpected diving trip by our founder, Bret Stewart. Amid
the tranquility of Blue Lake, Bret was suddenly besieged by a swarm of mosquitos
eager for a feast. Seeking refuge, he dove into the refreshing depths below,
only to encounter a surprising new friend — Sponge Bob!

This whimsical meeting sparked a brilliant idea. Bret realized that underwater
characters like Sponge Bob, and indeed, all who share his aquatic lifestyle,
deserved a dedicated place to shop for their unique needs. Why should the
convenience of home delivery be limited to land dwellers?

THE NAME

That very night, Bret, alongside his partner Ashley Stewart, brainstormed to
capture the essence of their new venture. They sought a name that was catchy,
memorable, and free from any pirate clichés. After several rounds of playful and
creative deliberation, OF seemed to be the solution, and "Only-Fins" was born —
a nod to our aquatic friends and customers who are finned and fabulous.
