OUR STORY

Founder Matthew Wilmer was always in search of the best shirt.  He craved a high
quality, soft, and durable shirt for whatever activities life threw his way.
Ideally, it also reflected his hometown pride!   

Chesapeake Collection was born fall semester of his junior year of college.  The
Bay Inspired line is built around the most high quality, comfortable, and
stylish shirt in the market. With help from friends & family: he trademarked the
Classic Blue Crab logo and launched the brand May 1st, 2015 at the Towsontown
Spring Festival.         

The launch was with a Mission in mind: When you Wear The Bay - You help Save The
Bay.       

Chesapeake Collection proudly donates a portion of annual revenue to the
Chesapeake Bay Foundation. Every dollar is critical to their efforts to restore
the bay's natural habitat & enrich its precious water quality.   

We continue to sail to new horizons, striving to launch new products that will
make you continually proud to Wear The Bay!
