CAN I USE THIS IF I'M A TOTAL BEGINNER?

No. Our core system is designed for those with baseline trading knowledge and
live-trading experience. Do not sign up if you're a beginner trader.





WILL I WIN EVERY TRADE WITH THIS?

No. There is no algorithm or indicator that can accurately predict with
100% certainty the financial markets.

QuantVue aims to provide tools for traders to better manage their own
discrestionary trades, risk, and are not meant to be followed blindly.

WHICH MARKETS & TIMEFRAMES DOES QUANTVUE WORK ON?

Our tools are designed for futures & FX. They are optimized for 1s Renko
candles, but can be configured on any timeframe or candlestick type.





DO I NEED A PAID TRADINGVIEW PLAN?

You may use a free TradingView account. However, to get 1s data and Renko bars,
you need a premium TradingView plan.





I NEVER SUBMITTED THE POST-PURCHASE FORM, HOW DO I GET ACCESS?

Please email your TradingView username & Discord ID to hello@quantvue.io and we
will grant access right away!





HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

You can manage your account in the "My Account" tab or email us at
hello@quantvue.io and we will process your cancellation immediately!





CAN I SIGN UP FOR MULTIPLE FREE TRIALS?

No. If you sign up for a duplicate free trial, the payment method on file will
automatically be charged.

If you do not wish to be charged, then the duplicate trial will be cancelled and
access will not be given to our tools.





ARE THERE ANY REFUNDS?

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

If no cancellation is made by the customer via the "My Account" tab, or
communicated via email prior to the end of the free trial, then no refunds are
given.

All sales are final. All crypto sales are final.

DOES THE ELITE PLAN INCLUDE PROP AUTOMATION?

No. The Elite plan only allows for automation into personal accounts.

If you want to automate our tools into prop accounts, the only way to do so is
through our customer prop automation build.

You can purchase that buildout here.





IS THERE A FREE TRIAL ON THE PROP FIRM AUTOMATION PROGRAM?

No. There is no free trial on the prop firm automation program.





WHICH SERVICE PACKAGE DO I NEED FOR THE SIERRA CHART SUITE?

In order to run everything that's inside the suite, you'll need at least Sierra
Chart Service Pack 11 - Integrated Advanced





HOW DO I OPEN THE SIERRA CHARTBOOKS?

On the Sierra software, File>>Open Chartbook and navigate to the location of the
Chartbook. Additionally, you can copy the chartbooks (.cht files) inside your
C:\SierraChart\Data folder for easier access.

You can also load these chartbooks at startup of Sierra software by going to
Global Settings>> General>> Startup>>(Button) and select the Chartbook you want
to startup with when the software is fired up.
