SPIRITUAL SELF REFLECTION

We try to exercise regularly to manage our physical well-being. You'll find

   relationship with nature or a belief in the sacred self, that part of us that
   is beyond our mental thoughts and physical form.Įveryone’s truth is
   different. It may be completely void of theistic belief. But spirituality
   encompasses much more than religious ritual. That’s because spirituality is a
   deeply personal, intimate idea and practice.įor some people, spirituality
   refers to their religion and belief in an omniscient god. Trying to talk
   about spirituality can be difficult for many people. By practicing spiritual
   self care, you can gain greater peace and passion in your actions, thoughts,
   and desires. Cultivating spirituality really means to commune with yourself
   and your spirit to understand what values and truths most resonate with your
   everyday living. At times I fail but I move on and try again.INSIDE:
   Spirituality comes in many forms for different people, often through religion
   or ideas of the divine. The best thing is that I try to live my faith each
   day. Indeed, this is a great challenge in practicing my spiritual life where
   concentration is hard to achieve. You could hardly see the best of nature in
   cities when all you can see are buildings. I am too distracted more often by
   the new technology and commercialization that I forget He existed. In this
   time of modernization, I find it difficult to feel God’s presence. I have
   taken for granted its meaning just like clothes that you can dispose of and
   buy a new one. However this awareness did come easy because for many years I
   did not really see the value of nature in my life. We contributed much to
   polluting the earth but at the same time we can solve this problem by
   changing our lifestyle and way of thinking that nature is God’s gift to us.
   It is very unfortunate that our planet has come to this and we are now
   experiencing the effects of pollution and global warming. The simple message
   I received from this walk with awareness is that this world will end if we
   fail to stop the exploitation and cruelty to our surroundings. Is this how we
   repay God for giving us this earth so we could live in His presence? We need
   to develop and use the resources wisely but we have come to abuse these
   resources for our personal gains and hasten the destruction of our
   environment. In nature, He has provided us with the necessity to live. The
   Almighty has given us paradise but we have turned it into a swamp. Through
   this walk I came to understand that the future of mankind depends solely on
   the condition of our environment. This walk is a learning experience that
   strengthens not only my knowledge about God but most of all my faith in God.
   Taking this walk with nature enriches my spirituality because nature itself
   is spiritual and Godly since it is not made by man. God communicates through
   our environment.įrom the beginning, God has created this world for us to
   nourish but now we neglect this duty and could possibly face annihilation as
   it is slowly happening this very moment. Just by appreciating God’s
   handiworks is enough for me to see life much better amidst the uncertainties
   that lie ahead. When problems arise I would usually commune with nature to
   seek refuge watching the waves and listening to the waters in the beach or go
   mountain climbing and see the world from above. Nature is the mirror for

FRONT TURN SIGNAL BULB

It could also be a problem with the turn-signal flasher, as the same flasher
unit handles both sides. If both turn signals seem to be flashing rapidly, you
may have a bulb burned out on both sides. This not only keeps the oil on your
hands from touching the glass (which could shorten the life of the new bulb),
but also protects your hand if the glass bulb breaks. Also, it’s best not to
touch the glass part of the bulb with your bare hands instead, try to grip it
with a glove, cloth or paper towel. If you determine the bulb needs to be
replaced, check to make sure you get the correct bulb and that it’s inserted
properly. If the filament seems good, you might want to do further tests before
replacing the bulb. Even if it looks intact, flick the bulb with your finger to
see if the filament vibrates, indicating it’s broken. But if you can get the
bulb out and it has a glass dome, you may be able to look at the filament - the
thin wire inside that glows - to see if it’s intact. If you intend to replace
the bulb yourself, note that it’s often harder to do that on newer cars than it
was on older ones. If the broken one isn’t obvious, flip the turn-signal lever
to turn on the other (i.e., good) side and check to see which lights are

Remove the plastic cover by turning the screws or bolts to the left. And, if it
is a front turn signal bulb, the access may be under the hood of the car. If
none are visible, then look inside the trunk to find them. Look for either
screws or bolts holding the cover in place. Always look at the exterior of the
car first to save yourself added work and a headache. There are two ways to
access it: through the trunk and through the tail light cover. Getting to the
turn signal bulb is usually the most difficult part of this project.
