Due to the expansion of our company's projects, we are currently looking for a
Web3 Marketing Lead in Business Development Department. 

Responsibilities:

 * Development and Implementation of Marketing Strategy: Formulating and
   executing the company's marketing strategy aimed at increasing sales,
   expanding the customer base, and strengthening market positions in the Web3
   domain.
 * Budget Planning and Management: Overseeing the allocation and utilization of
   the marketing department budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for
   maximum ROI.
 * Coordination of Departmental Work: Managing the collaboration among various
   departments within the marketing division including PR, advertising, social
   media, content marketing, analytics, partnerships, and design to ensure
   cohesive efforts towards marketing objectives.
 * Team Development and Leadership: Recruiting, nurturing, and managing a
   dynamic marketing team within the business development department, fostering
   a collaborative and innovative work environment.
 * Partnership Establishment and Maintenance: Cultivating and sustaining
   relationships with partners including media outlets, esports organizations,
   agencies, and other relevant entities to enhance brand visibility and market
   reach in the Web3, crypto, and NFT space.
 * Analysis of Marketing Campaign Results: Analyzing the outcomes of marketing
   campaigns meticulously, providing insights and recommendations to refine and
   optimize future initiatives for superior performance in the Web3 market.
 * Contribution to Product and Service Development: Contributing to the
   development and launch of new products and services within Token Farcana's
   Web3 gaming ecosystem, leveraging marketing insights to drive innovation and
   meet consumer demands effectively.

Requirements:

 * 3-5 Years of Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role
   within the marketing domain, preferably within the Web3, crypto, or NFT
   sectors.
 * Strategic Marketing Expertise: Proven track record of devising and
   implementing effective marketing strategies that yield tangible results in
   the context of Web3 technologies and crypto markets.
 * Understanding of Web3 and Crypto Market Dynamics: Sound understanding of the
   dynamics and trends within the Web3, crypto, and NFT markets, with a focus on
   gaming products and token economics.
 * Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Proficiency in managing cross-functional
   teams within the business development department, fostering collaboration and
   driving collective success towards common Web3 goals.
 * Analytical Skills: Ability to handle large volumes of data, conduct thorough
   analysis, and extract actionable insights to inform marketing decisions in
   the Web3 space.
 * Proficient English Communication: Strong English language skills, at least at
   an Upper-Intermediate level, to facilitate effective communication and
   collaboration in a global Web3 context.
