THE CORNERSTONE COWBOYS ROOF SYSTEM

❶ TEAR OFF & HAUL AWAY (23.18 SQ)
- Tear off, haul and dispose of existing composition shingles - 3 Tb.
- Dumpster or Trailer will be included.

❷ DECK INSPECTION
- A thorough Roof Deck Inspection will be conducted.
- We will repair damaged Plywood if the decking fails our inspection. (TWO
Plywood sheets are included, however, A Change of Order at $50 per Plywood
Sheets if it exceeds the two included.)

❸ R&R DRIP EDGE (198.00 LF)
- Remove & Replace with NEW Drip Edge, and match accordingly with new shingles
unless the client requests otherwise.

❹ R&R VALLEY FLASHINGS (37.59 LF)
- Remove & Replace with NEW Valley Flashings.

❺ ROOF UNDERLAYMENT (23.18 SQ)
- Insurance chose to cover only Roofing Felt – 30lb. which we will NOT install.
- We will install Contractor-Grade Synthetic Underlayment. This is a synthetic
liner that is far superior to the typical Felt #15 and #30 that most contractors
use. It is waterproof, so it acts as a second layer of protection.
- Install Ice and Water Shield which is a waterproof roof underlayment adhesive
membrane developed to protect vulnerable areas on a roof from ice and water
damages. Install around pipe jacks and valleys.

❻ SHINGLES (23.33 SQ)
- 10% Extra Shingles for wastes (25.66 SQ Total)
- Install Starter Shingles at the edges which prevent the shingles to be lifted
during Major Storms.
- Install CertainTeed LandMark 30yr. Architectural Shingles over the entire
roof; One of the best Quality Roofs.
- Client will have the selection of CertainTeed LandMark 30yr. Standard Color
Palette to choose from.
- Install Ridge & Ridge Caps, perfect finish for Ridge and Hip lines.


❼ ADDITIONAL FLASHINGS
- R&R Pipe Jack Lead Flashings (4.00 EA)
- R&R Furnace Vent – Rain cap and storm collar, 6” (2.00 EA)
- R&R Exhaust Cap – through roof – 6” to 8” (1.00 EA)
- R&R Power Attic Vent Cover Only – metal (1.00 EA)

❽ PRIME & PAINT ROOF VENT (8.00 EA)
- Flashings, Pipe Jacks, and Exhaust Caps.

❾ CLIENT REQUEST
- Digital Satellite System – Detach & Haul Away (2.00 EA)

❿ CLEAN UP
- Final clean-up of all debris generated during work and use magnetic to collect
nails around surrounding flooring.

Please review these options below and inform your Project Manager(s) of your
selection so we may check it's availability.





By signing this document, the Client(s) agrees to the services and conditions
outlined in this document. Anything such as Repairs, Upgrades, Additions,
Deletions, and/or Modifications not on this contract will require a “Change
Order”. The Change Order must be discussed, reviewed, and approved by the
assigned Project Manager(s) and the Client(s). The Change Order must be Signed
(either in writing or electronically) and paid in full by the Client(s) BEFORE
Cornerstone Cowboys Construction and/or the Project Manager(s) can proceed with
any additional work or order any specified materials for the Change Order. Any
Repairs, Upgrades, Additions, Deletions, and/or Modifications discussed verbally
will not be considered valid. The Change Order may adjust the Project’s Timeline
due to many variables. A valid Change Order will be submitted to the Client(s)
in the form of a Quote with a new Quote Number either through E-Mail, Text
Message or in person and must be signed either electronically or by pen. A
Change of Order may be paid either with Cash, Check, or Card. A Card payment to
a Change of Order will be subjected to a 3% Processing Fee.


This quote is based on requests provided by the Client(s) regarding their
project requirements and will be included as Line Item(s) within this Quote.
Client(s) must review each Line Item and their Descriptions and applicable
pictures provided within this quote to acknowledge and understand all of the
work carried out within this Project.

Any requests by the Client(s) to remove any services or Line Item(s) before
authorizing and paying the deposit will not be considered as a Change Order and
the request for a quote modification may impact each Line Item Pricing and
reflect on a new Quote with a new Quote Number along with updated Line Item(s)
and prices.


This quote is subject to change due to the fluctuation in material and labor
prices, therefore it is only valid for 30 days from the day it was submitted by
Cornerstone Cowboys Construction.

Cornerstone Cowboys Construction and the assigned Project Manager(s) can only be
held liable for the extent of works carried out by Cornerstone Cowboys
Construction and the assigned Project Manager(s). No liability shall be accepted
in respect of defects in existing installations or respect of parts not
manufactured by Cornerstone Cowboys Construction and the assigned Project
Manager(s). Cornerstone Cowboys Construction and the assigned Project Manager(s)
may or may not have to remove Satellite Dishes from your Roof to conduct their
work. Cornerstone Cowboys Construction and the assigned Project Manager(s) will
NOT be held liable if any disruptions and/or fees occur with the Satellite
Dishes and the services and/or companies related to them.


The “completion time” for this project should take approximately 1-2 business
days. However, the availability of material and labor may affect the quoted
“completion time”.

Payment Plan:
50% - To schedule and begin work
50% - When 100% of the Project is completed

*Please submit this quote to your insurance to show proof the roof has been
completed in order to recover the depreciation check otherwise they may decline
the depreciation check until a signed contract has been submitted to them.
