     Atmosphere and service are great. Unfortunately, our duck dish came out
     almost raw and looked more like seared tuna. They were gratuitous about
     correcting it - totally remade the dish. However, it came out more than 30
     minutes later. The other dishes were the cod. Surprisingly, only really
     average taste / texture of the cod. Wines were very nice, especially Red
     Alchemy. Overall, the cost seems a bit high for what you eat.+ Read more

     They were very nice about it and gave us wine to make up for it. The greens
     that came with the filet were overly sweet yet chewy and weedy. Very nice

     salmon burger was just o.k., Not spectacular. My husband is a vegan and the
     bean burger was at least something he could eat. He thought it was fine.

     I have been going to LaBelle for years (Amherst & Derry)but have been very
     disappointed with my last few visits. Requiring a $25 hold charge per
     person for reservations seems ridiculous when the restaurant is completely
     empty. My main issue though it’s with the food, our cheese and meat board
     cost over $40 and only included three of the smallest pieces of cheese I’ve
     ever seen and two pieces of meat. What a rip off! In addition, my burger
     was so cold and soggy I had to send it back. The waitstaff tried to charge
     me for it even though I sent it back. I do love the Labelle wine, but won’t

     friend’s 50th birthday. Birthday Add On described as, “Add the WOW factor
     to a birthday celebration with a dessert *of your choice* to share,
     show-stopping sparkler candle and sparkling wine toast.” There was no
     show-stopping sparkler candle and no sparkling wine toast because only one
     glass of sparkling wine was provided. The noise level for a 6:15pm
     reservation was very loud, I will definitely keep that in mind when making

     The only complaint is about the bean burger I had (I am vegetarian). The
     burger was made with white beans. Silly me, I expected black beans. And the
     burger itself was at least an inch thick. I could not get my mouth around
     it while it was in the bun. Had to dissect it to eat it, which made the
     bean burger itself taste pasty and blah. And it was covered with too many
     fries. I felt as if they were trying to hide the bean burger. Otherwise,

     Americus is a gem! We love what Amy & Cesar have done to create a classy
     restaurant that rivals the top Boston restaurants without the crazy prices.
     We got the octopus app and would get that again for sure. So many layers of
     flavors. The cauliflower app is a go-to standard. I had the poke bowl which
     was endless, my husband had the duck and my daughter the salmon. We are
     very happy with our meals. We would like to see the speciality cocktails as
     stand alone rather than adding wine to them. The cosmo fell a bit flat but
     the blood orange margarita was amazing. Jeff was our waiter and thought he
     was one of the best experienced waiters we’ve ever had. He was
     knowledgeable about each dish and gave his opinions on his choices when we
     asked. He’s a keeper for sure ! We hope more people discover this best kept

     Having a reservation, I didn’t expect to be seated near the entrance. There
     was only one table between us and the front entrance. Our server Gavin was
     very attentive. He answered all questions asked of him. We were all very
     pleased with his performance. The menu overall provided many choices
     however, the sides required half of our party to choose an alternate side.
     Most New Englanders expect potato as a side when ordering beef. Although on
     a positive note the two that ordered beef thought it to be outstanding. My
     husband’s cod dish was excellent as well. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi. The
     flavor profile was very good, the pasta was ok, the shrimp was the main
     problem with the dish. I was very surprised at the size of the shrimp, they
     were small. The shrimp was overcooked, best described as tough. Hindsight
     being 20/20, I should have sent my meal back. Not only did I not want to
     complain, I wanted to eat with my guests. I was asked if I’d go back. I
     would but as an alternative, not as a first choice. This last visit was our
     third time dining in the restaurant. I have also attended a function in the
     event center of the facility and plan to attend another in the coming
     weeks. I do not often give feedback such as this but I know your management
     team listens so it was worth my time to do. Lastly, to further clarify on
     our seating location, if I walked in without a reservation I would except
