TIMES ARE TOUGH, BUT DPU IS HERE TO HELP

Customers of City of Richmond Department of Public Utilities (DPU) may be
eligible for financial assistance on past-due balances for their water,
wastewater and gas.
To qualify, you must:
 * 
   Be a customer of the City of Richmond DPU
 * 
   Have accrued a past-due balance between March 1, 2020 and November 1, 2021
 * 
   Identify a COVID-19 based financial hardship that resulted in the past-due
   balance
