Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to check-in and
collect your boarding passes at the Fury Historic Seaport Booth.

Parking
Downtown Key West is mostly paid parking. There is paid parking near each Fury
check in location. Please allow for time to get parked and walk to the check-in
location.

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLETE THEIR PRE-ARRIVAL WAIVERS PRIOR TO CHECK IN.

Waivers will be sent in a separate email

Please note: This tour operates on multiple boats. Large parties must book
together to be guaranteed to board the same boat, per boat capacities apply.
Guests booked separately that wish to board the same boat must check in
together, at least 45 minutes prior to departure.
30 Minute early check in required for all guests.

CANCELLATIONS

TERMS & CONDITIONS

FURY WATER ADVENTURES REQUIRES all cancellations be made 4 hours prior to the
scheduled departure time to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made same
day with less than 4-hour notice for tickets purchased or held will be charged
in full and are nonrefundable. TRIPS BOOKED WITHIN 4 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED
DEPARTURE TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Golf Cart Rental reservations require 24 hours notice for any cancellations.

For additional information please call toll free (888) 976-0899 and refer to the
confirmation number provided at the top of the confirmation page. After hours,
please leave a voicemail.

Ticket and Boarding Information

Please arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes prior to the departure
time listed in your reservation. Early check in is required for all Fury tours.
Tours missed are non-refundable. For Jet Ski Tours and Ultimate Adventure,
please arrive at least 1 hour prior to departure time to complete a Boaters
Safety Test. All trips leave the dock promptly at the specified time. At
check-in, you will be asked to present your credit card and a matching form of
valid picture ID.

Credit Card and matching ID will be required at check-in for all Jet Ski Tours
and Ultimate Adventure. All guests 18 years and older must have valid government
issued photo ID to board Parasailing, Island Adventure, Jet Ski Tours and
Ultimate Adventure excursions. Minors must be accompanied by their actual
parent.

Reservation Policy

Every guest, including young children, must have a reserved ticket to board any
Fury tour. Child rates are for ages 4 to 10. Children ages 3 and under are free
(excludes Parasail). Age, ID and skill restrictions apply for select activities.
For questions regarding your reservation, please call (888) 976-0899 and refer
to your confirmation number.

Weather Policy

Fury tours will not depart in unsafe weather conditions. Should the Captain
assess the weather and determine that conditions are unsafe, the tour may be
postponed or cancelled. Every effort will be made to reschedule your tour during
your stay. If a trip or rental is cancelled by Fury Water Adventures for any
reason and you cannot reschedule, you will be refunded the full amount of the
tour.

Every effort will be made to run tours, as advertised. Should Fury have to amend
or alter your tour due extraneous circumstances tickets remain non-refundable on
tours taken.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol cannot be consumed prior to participating in any activity. Guests
arriving to check in with alcohol in their possession or under the influence
will be restricted from entering the water, turned away or required to
reschedule. Tickets are non-refundable.

Fury includes alcoholic refreshments on select excursions. Adults 21 years and
up, with valid government issued photo ID, may consume alcoholic refreshments
during the time designated by captain and/or crew.

Privacy Policy

By making an online reservation with Fury, you expressly acknowledge that: (i)
Fury will send you e-mail(s) with such reservation and other related information
and (ii) Fury will send you a survey so that you can evaluate your experience
with Fury.

Occasionally, we will send out emails to our customers concerning special offers
or providing information about new products and services we offer. In every
email we send, you are given the option to remove yourself from our mailing
list.
