SUMMARY OF YOUR OPTIONS AND THE LEGAL EFFECT OF EACH OPTION

DO NOTHING

Stay in the lawsuit. Be bound by the outcome. Give up certain rights. Class
Members who do nothing will automatically be part of this lawsuit. The
Plaintiffs and Class Counsel will represent your interests. You will not be
responsible for any legal fees or costs except that the Court may award fees and
costs to Class Counsel from any recovery. Any judgment or settlement in this
case will apply to you.

EXCLUDE YOURSELF (OPT OUT)

Get no compensation from this lawsuit. Keep certain rights. Excluding yourself
is your only option if you do not want to participate in this lawsuit and be
bound by the result. If you exclude yourself, you will not be part of this
lawsuit, but you may still bring your own lawsuit at your own expense. By
electing to be excluded: (1) you will not share in any potential recovery that
might be obtained for the Class; (2) you will not be bound by any decision
favorable to Central Bank; and (3) you may present any claims you have against
Central Bank by filing your own lawsuit.

To opt out, you must send a letter to the Class Action Administrator stating
that you want to be excluded. Your letter can simply say “I want to be excluded

last four digits of your Central Bank or Affiliate account number (current or
former) or Social Security Number, address, telephone number, and email address.
