It is not a solicitation from a lawyer All Missouri citizens who opened an account at Central Bank or its Affiliates prior to July 1, 2018, and were charged overdraft fees (“OD Fees”) on debit card transactions that were authorized into a positive available balance and settled on negative funds in the same amount for which the debit card transaction was authorized from December 10, 2015, through the present (“APPSN Class”); and All Missouri citizens who opened an account at Central Bank or its Affiliates prior to July 1, 2018, and were charged more than one OD Fee or non-sufficient fees (“NSF Fee”) on the same item from December 10, 2015, through August 1, 2021. (“Multiple Fee Class”). IF YOU ARE THE NAMED RECIPIENT OF THIS NOTICE, YOU HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED AS A MEMBER OF EITHER ONE OR BOTH OF THE ABOVE CLASSES IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT CALLED HALL V. CENTRAL BANK, CASE NO. 20AC-CC00505 (MISSOURI CIR. CT. COLE CNTY.). PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE CASE AND YOUR OPTIONS. YOUR RIGHTS MAY BE AFFECTED BY THE CLASS ACTION WHETHER YOU ACT OR DON’T ACT. THIS NOTICE IS NOT AN EXPRESSION OF ANY OPINION BY THE COURT OR ANY PARTY AS TO THE MERITS OF ANY OF THE CLAIMS OR DEFENSES ASSERTED BY EITHER SIDE IN THIS LITIGAION. THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE IS TO INFORM YOU OF THE LAWSUIT SO THAT YOU CAN MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION TO REMAIN IN OR OPT OUT OF THIS CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. SUMMARY OF YOUR OPTIONS AND THE LEGAL EFFECT OF EACH OPTION DO NOTHING Stay in the lawsuit. Be bound by the outcome. Give up certain rights. Class Members who do nothing will automatically be part of this lawsuit. The Plaintiffs and Class Counsel will represent your interests. You will not be responsible for any legal fees or costs except that the Court may award fees and costs to Class Counsel from any recovery. Any judgment or settlement in this case will apply to you. EXCLUDE YOURSELF (OPT OUT) Get no compensation from this lawsuit. Keep certain rights. Excluding yourself is your only option if you do not want to participate in this lawsuit and be bound by the result. If you exclude yourself, you will not be part of this lawsuit, but you may still bring your own lawsuit at your own expense. By electing to be excluded: (1) you will not share in any potential recovery that might be obtained for the Class; (2) you will not be bound by any decision favorable to Central Bank; and (3) you may present any claims you have against Central Bank by filing your own lawsuit. To opt out, you must send a letter to the Class Action Administrator stating that you want to be excluded. Your letter can simply say “I want to be excluded from the Hall v. Central Bank class action.” Be sure to include your name, the last four digits of your Central Bank or Affiliate account number (current or former) or Social Security Number, address, telephone number, and email address. Your exclusion or opt out request must be postmarked no later than February 3, 2024, to: Hall v.
