Unit sizes advertised for rent are approximate only and units at the
self-storage facility may differ slightly in shape and/or size. Customers should
inspect the actual unit to be rented before signing a rental agreement and
should base the decision to rent on the inspection of the unit and not on the
advertised unit size. Rental amounts for a particular unit are not based on
square footage measurements.

Very convenient and fast service! Dave at the front desk was very funny,
professional and accommodating when it came to purchasing my storage space. I'm
glad I made the choice to come to Extra Space Storage. Also, the prices were
very affordable. I highly recommend ??2 years later, my storage space went from
affordable to ridiculous! The price soared about $50 a month from what it
originally was! They said it will go up accordingly twice every year moving
forward! Wow

Last August my sister passed due to Covid-19 and then we had to bring my mother
down to Florida. I needed help desperately to store my mom’s belongings. Dave,
Tom and Frank were all so helpful in getting a unit and taking care of
everything since last August while Covid-19 was raging. Today, June 12th, Dave
was extremely helpful and professional when I finally got to the unit to do
“spring cleaning”. I would highly recommend this Extra Space location (Arden
Ave). Clean, safe and with many options. Of course, Dave and his staff....make
the location a real pleasant experience! Thank u so much..you are greatly
appreciated!…. UPDATE: 8/10/22…. I would like to update my review to say that
after two years with Extra Storage.. the service is STILL 5 star! Thank you for
your AMAZING employees… especially Frank and Dave.. who navigate me through ALL
my storage needs. As a senior, it is sometimes difficult and they made it EASY
PEEZY! Bless you guys! UPDATE: 12/07/22…Once again, Dave came through for me!
You guys are great! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! UPDATE: 4/09/2023! I
