The MISHA Knee System is designed to treat patients with medial knee OA who:

 * Failed to find relief from non-surgical or surgical treatment.
 * Continue experiencing pain that interferes with daily activities.
 * Remain ineligible for, or unwilling to undergo, arthroplasty due to age or
   absence of advanced arthritis.
