DOCS NOT LOADING
Is anyone else experiencing DocuSign notary issues today? After 35 minutes of
trying to get our docs to load, my signer gave up and had to be rescheduled. It
does not appear to be a network problem as the network passed the test. Once on
camera, it will record and then docs do not load.

SIGN THE CONTRACT THEN SIGN THE OTHER DOCS AT A LATER TIME?
Hi All, I have a contract that needs to be signed by talent before an event. I
then need them to fill out a fillable W-9, reimbursement form and invoice. Can I
send all 4 documents in one envelope with only the contract being required to be
signed immediately and then the other 3 docs being required to be signed a week
later? I’m trying to avoid chasing people down for their forms after the
event... Thanks!

IDENTITY WALLET ON WINDOWS WITH USB SECURITY ONLY (NO PIN, NO FACE RECOGNITION)
I can use passkey for DocuSign login with PIN or face recognition. But when I
try to save my ID Wallet with passkey it gives only one option: USB security
key. (No pin, no face recognition) My console shows this warning:
“publicKey.pubKeyCredParams is missing at least one of the default algorithm
identifiers: ES256 and RS256. This can result in registration failures on
incompatible authenticators. See
https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/main/content/browser/webauth/pub_key_cred_params.md
for details” And that seems to be the reason. publicKey.pubKeyCredParams for
DocuSign login defines -7 (ES256) and -257 (RS256), whereas
publicKey.pubKeyCredParams for the ID Wallet passkey defines only -7 (ES256).
That leads to Windows giving only the Security Key option for the ID Wallet
passkey. Is this intentional? I hope it is not. If it is, it should be mentioned
in the documentation.

CHANGING EMAILS FOR RECIPIENTS
Hello - I have a recipient who has changed his email. Every time I type his
name, the old one populates and the current/correct one (of which I have sent to
before) does not show up. How can I override an old email address for a
recipient? It’s so frustrating to have to go back to the email he informed me of
his new email address and manually type it in every type. TIA!

SIGNATURE BLOCK
The signature block of one of the signers has been mislocated to within the body
of the letter. I know both blocks were set up to be beside each other, and am
not sure of how this happened and more importantly, how to correct it without
invalidating the signatures. Besides requesting the signers go through this
process again, what can be done? And, what will prevent this from happening
again?

notre société et la 2e chez notre client). La 1ère personne a signé le docusign
mais notre client me dit qu’il n’a reçu aucun mail (ni dans sa boite mail ni
dans les spams). Il a vu avec son service informatique et aucun blocage d’aucune

TIMEZONE ISSUE
Hi there, I’ve recently had clients signing documents (we are in the Eastern
Time Zone - EST), but when I receive the documents back (signed and completed)
from my clients, they are being stamped with the Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)
time zone for some odd reason. Is this something I can control on my end? Or
something on their side of things? I read through a similar post on the
community here but no answer was provided. Any assistance would be helpful.

CUSTOMERS SIGNING AGREEMENTS WITH THEIR OWN DOCUSIGN INSTANCE
Hi all, We’ve had a few situations where some of our users will send an
agreement for signature, but then the doc is returned via a separate email with
a signature. In some cases users will have used their own instances of DocuSign
to sign the agreement, presumably for their own archiving purposes. Now we have
an agreement that has been only signed by the counterparty and still requires a
signature by someone from our own team. I can obviously download the doc and
reupload then only send the document to the users that needs to sign it on our
end, however this will definitely be questionable as the certificate of
completion will only be able to show one signature. How do I go about fixing
something like this? Thanks

HOW TO VERIFY SIGNATURES
Im part of one project that has a document that has been signed multiple times.
Time between signatures have been many months. Document certificate shows only
last date when document is officially signed. But there is markings that have
been made by pdf editor, possibly before signing. Those markings are dates that
would normally be signing date. But I know that those are false dates. I have
signing id and docusign envelope id. Can I check all signatures for that
document even Im not the owner of the document?

NEW USER SIGN AND PRINT QUESTIONS
As a very new user we have a few questions. Our accountant requires a DocuSign
signature prior to submitting annual income tax returns. We have setup a
DocuSign account but have the following questions: Two of our adopted signatures
were originally uploaded files of our actual signatures. However, one of the
signatures displays extremely small (it is a little longer) on the signed
document. Is there a way to enlarge the signature in DocuSign so it is more
legible on the signed document? How do we download the documents from our
account? We can see the signed documents, but when trying to download we get a
webpage indicating a lack of authentication. When creating our account for the
community, it does not ask us to setup a password. Is that normal? Thank you so
much for any assistance.

Dear DocuSign-Community, as my search wasn’t succesful, I’ll try hear and have
the following question: I need to get my document signed by either one of both
directors. As I don’t know with one I can reach first, I would like to send the
document via DocuSign to both to get a signature as soon as possible. If the
first one signed, I do not need a second signature anymore. Is it possible to
