We recently purchased a Master Spa Twilight Series 7.2 Spa from Life's Great
Spas and couldn't be happier with our purchase. We were taken care of by Lauren
& Andrew who were fantastic to deal with & very knowledgeable about their
products. We went back & got a Spa Cover Lifter that was easy to install &
simple to operate (Kudos to Andrew for his spot on installation tips) We will
continue to deal with them directly as opposed to ordering things online due to
their grasp of the seemingly lost art of Customer Service!!!! 10 out of 5
recommended!!!!

Excellent experience. Very accommodating to meet with us at a time that worked
for us, with very little notice. Super knowledgeable about all of the spas, with
great explanations of past models and improvements made on current selection.
Very friendly and helpful. We knew pretty much what we were looking for - they
gave us multiple options and we had them loaded on the trailer within a half
hour or so. Zero pressure at all. Highly recommend dealing with Life's Great
Spas in Malta! They even bought us a beer at the brewery next door! :)

with the white glove service! We had our spa up and running with ease in less

so scary! Communication was second to none. Delivery was in a timely manner, and

There's a reason Life's Great is the best spa business in the Capital Region! I
tried other local vendor but felt a used car salesman energy. At Life's Great
there are no pushy sales tactics or upselling. They give you the facts, they
help you understand the details and they are great about follow up questions.I
have been in the spa almost every day since it's been installed and loving it.

My wife an I were out browsing at Life’s great spas home show and not really
serious about purchasing a hot tub. But after dealing with Lauren and our
salesman Kevin it was pretty much a no brainer, we were going to purchase a hot
tub. The clarity spa Precision B hot tub we purchased has everything we wanted
in a hot tub and more. I would highly recommend purchasing a hot tub from Life’s

Andrew and Lauren are great to work with, they made the process from purchase to
delivery and setup smooth and worry free. We purchased a H2X 15D swim spa and I
wish we did it years ago. We use it every night it isn’t raining for an hour or
two, the kids never want to get out of it. So glad we went with a swim spa
instead of a pool since we can use it all year.

Made an appointment in the Spring to view their show room and Lauren and Andrew
were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Once the spa came in,
they came to do the start up and explain all the features. The whole process
went smooth and they had good prices. I would definitely recommend them if

Both Lauren and Andrew were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The Kevin who
sold us the hot tub took his time and explained features not only of the one we
were looking at but what would be a step up and the next tub down. We couldn't
be happier with our choice. The delivery was right on time, they had it in place
within 10 minutes. When looking into site prep I found out that they sell a
product called a spa pad. Lucky of us they sell them too! It was a huge time

It’s clear Life’s Great takes pride in their product and what they do!Just one
of a few moments that impressed us was when I told them I needed to see the
“guts” of the spa to get a better feel for the quality as I’m a bit of a nuts
and bolts person. They proudly removed the panels to show all the magic that
makes these things work. The quality of the workmanship was
evident.Additionally, any questions that came up, and I had a few, a personal
response was received in very short order.As the past couple months have gone by
since we bought our Master Spa 15D Trainer, we feel like we’ve made a friend at
Life’s Great Spas.You can expect above and beyond service at Life’s Great Spas!

My husband and I were in the market for a hot tub and came across Life's Great
Spas. We went to there showroom and there was quite a selection. In truth we had
gone a couple of times and each time Andrew and Lauren remembered us. They were
very knowledgeable and extremely patient.We ordered our hot tub last Fall. We
weren't ready to install until late Spring and they were alright with that.Now
that we have had the spa for a few weeks we can honestly say it was well worth
the wait! We have used it everyday since it's been installed. Installation was
very quick. Andrew and Lauren came to the house the next day and showed us what
we needed to know to start using the hot tub.We strongly recommend Life's Great

We had a spa make it over 25 years from date of manufacture and loved it. It
ended up having some issues I wasn’t willing to fix and we had some house
modifications we wanted to make before buying another spa… 10 years later, we
finally purchased (long build time on the house). I looked at multiple local
dealers. Life’s Great Spas were better quality, better systems, and for the same
price as the other dealers were selling for. We had a chlorine / bromide system
before and the Sodium Bromide system they had (their “salt” system) is far
superior, very little maintenance, and lower cost in the long run in comparison.
Both Andrew and Lauren were personable, helpful, and more important to me,
accessible and approachable with questions. Delivery went smoothly and setup was
very easy. They took the time and both my wife and I are very pleased with this
system and the company. Looking forward to a long relationship. Thank you very
much!

We just purchased a spa from Lauren and Andrew and it was an amazing experience.
Both are very knowledgeable about the spas and answer any questions you could
have. Thats just the beginning of the customer service. The spa was delivered
and they came right over and added the chemicals that were needed and put
everything together for us and went through a whole rundown on the spa. Any
questions that we have had before and since delivery we have received a response
within minutes and without feeling like we are being a bother. Highly recommend

Our previous hot tub was a Soft Tub, which plugged into a regular outlet, so
upgrading to a real hot tub was much more involved. Lauren was amazing at
answering our questions and any issues that came up (which had nothing to do
with Life's Great Spas, but with our electrician). Getting a chlorine free spa
was high on my priority list and they delivered. The three person hydrotherapy
spa is amazing. If you are looking for a hot tub, this is the place to go!

Life’s Great Spa was such a wonderful experience. I’m a single mom and shopped
around. Andrew and Lauren were knowledgeable, kind and supportive to me through
the whole process. The cost was much lower than the other businesses I searched
out and there was no salesy conversations. They really wanted to know my little
family and help me make the best decision for me. The spa is amazing quality and

Life's not so great. We recently bought a house that came with a spa from Life's
Great and have been trying to get it up and running so that we can start
enjoying the hot tub. We set up an appointment via email (because you can not
speak to a human when you call their listed number), and they gave us a date for
months later. The day comes, and we send an email to ask if someone can call us
because we would like to know a timeframe as to when they will be arriving.
Lauren emailed back saying we would need to be rescheduled due to bad weather
the previous week causing them to run behind. Fine. I asked when could we be
rescheduled, my husband also emailed to ask, and it's like pulling teeth with
this company. Lauren basically replied that they will get to us when they get to
us. It's been almost a month now and they still haven't given any concrete info
as to when they can help us, despite multiple emails from us asking when they
can come out. Completely unprofessional. We ended up calling another spa company
that was able to send someone to provide a service cleaning, and even helped us
figure out water testing and chemicals. I'd avoid Life's Great until they can
get their customer service act together.

I shopped around to find a spa in fall 2020. Inventory was limited and some
shops left me feeling like I better buy the wrong thing fast or have nothing at
all. Lauren and Andrew were so competent and helpful. The experience shopping
their inventory was completely different from other dealers in the region. They
ARE their business, so they are involved at every step and are very
knowledgable. They helped me find the right tub for me--what, for example, a
"plug and play" tub actually is and why that was going to be a big
disappointment. I learned as I shopped and ended up with a great spa that
brought joy to every day of winter. Eight months later they still answer my
questions right away -- even helped me clean my filter when I brought it in to
ask how to do it. I like the way they do business and am thoroughly satisfied.

No other word to describe Andrew and Lauren other than AWESOME! The whole
experience was and still is the best I’ve ever had purchasing anything! Andrew

If you are looking for a hot tub the only place you should go is Life’s Great
Spas!! Lauren and Andrew were the most helpful people as I have never had a hot
tub before. They were patient with my many questions and continue to be helpful

My husband and I had a terrific experience working with Lauren and Andrew. They
were friendly and helpfully answered all our questions. Lauren and Andrew were
upfront about timing of the hot tub and kept in touch with us during the wait.
They took care of the set-up and got us up and running in no time (and even
circled back to us when we had a minor set up issue with an air locked pump, and
had us back on track quickly). The hot tub itself is great; we use it almost
everyday. The lights are a nice feature since we tend to use the hot tub after
work, and the Bluetooth speakers provide a nice ambience. I highly recommend

looking for a hot tub/swim spa look no further, Lauren & Andrew are true
professionals and a pleasure to work with. They made our dreams of getting a hot
tub come true quickly and made the process easy.Being a hospital employee during
Covid 19 has been very stressful for my family so we started looking for a tub
in August to at least enjoy fall/winter. We initially were looking at another
spa dealer in the capital district and actually had placed a deposit and ordered
our tub. We were continuously were promised our tub would arrive on such and
such date, which it did not. Every time we had to call that spa dealer and ask
what happened and were given a run around (they didn't even have the courtesy to
call us and let us know in actuality they had no set date for our tub to
arrive). In the end after being promised a delivery date of end Oct/Nov the tub
never showed and once again I called this spa dealer in the capital district
(didn't have the courtesy to even call me) and was then told with no apology it
wouldn't be until April!!!!!We immediately asked for a refund of our deposit and
began to look elsewhere. My wife found Life's Great Spas online and we called
Lauren who got us in for one on one consultation immediately at the store in
Malta. Lauren and Andrew were fantastic with answering all of our questions and
assured us we would get a tub within just a few weeks. We also wound up paying
the same amount of money and getting a significantly higher quality tub with way
features.Just a few weeks after that meeting, sure enough Lauren contacted me
with a delivery date as promised and my tub was delivered in perfect condition
and on time. Lauren & Andrew came to my house and delivered the tub themselves
and took the time to review operations/maintenance in great detail. They really
care about their business and their customers. I told Lauren everything happens
for a reason and in the end I am so happy we did not go with the other place in
the capital district. Lastly they had a recommendation for fantastic electrician
John Bardin that works with them and he was able to handle all the electrical
hookups at much more reasonable rate then any other quote we received.If you are
looking for a fantastic tub, at the best price and the personal touch of people
who really care about their customers and business go to Life's Great Spas. You

I'm a first time hot tub owner, and I have to say these two are great people.
I've had a few small problems which were my fault, but they quickly responded to
me to help me fix them. Last week my one pump stopped working after I sent a
text to inquire about it, they came the very next day to fix it. If your looking

After visiting several different spa companies in the area we ended up at the
Life's Great showroom in Malta. From the moment we stepped in the buying
experience was different.First, it wasn't a tent in a parking lot with salesmen
and saleswomen brought in from outside the area to get you to buy today. In
fact, there were no high pressure sales tactics at all. As first time buyers,
Andrew took the time to educate us on the features and benefits of the different
spa brands they sell as well as point out the differences in the quality of the
competing brands by showing us the recent spas they replaced at customer's
homes.We were pleased to find a Life's Great spa with the perfect combination of
features we wanted and the ordering process was seamless. We chose the model,
shell color, cabinet color, paid a deposit, and were provided an estimate of
when it would be delivered.While waiting for the delivery, Lauren kept us
updated on the order status and helped answer any questions asked, including
questions about the wiring for the spa.On the day of delivery Lauren stayed in
constant contact with us to be sure we knew when to expect their arrival. Lauren
and Andrew arrived as scheduled and went to work immediately moving the spa to
the exact spot we wanted and set up the cover lifter, connected the electrical
components, filled it with water, etc. They additionally provided us with a box
of the balancing and stabilizing mixtures, pointed out the spa components, and
answered every question we had. Besides printed guides, Lauren forwarded along
some quick tips and tricks which made the rest of the startup process a breeze.I
had one follow-up question the next day and they responded right away. This is
the best part about working with Andrew and Lauren at Life's Great - knowing
that they are always quick to answer any questions, even after the purchase. I
cannot say enough about what a great experience it has been!

so friendly and helped us with our Spa purchase without any pressure. We
purchased at beginning of April during the start of the shutdown. they
accommodated us on FaceTime , multiple times . Although our delivery was
scheduled for June it arrived in July , they kept us up to date on the delays
and we appreciated it. Lauren answers any questions we have on our spa no matter

Lauren and Andrew are great! They were upfront and honest with COVID
expectations and did and awesome job answering questions. I was stunned to see
how busy they were and they helped my wife and I understand the spa and didn’t
rush us at all. From doing the entire process (buying, stocking, selling,

Early May 2020, we decided summer fun looked bleak with COVID running rampant.
We decided we would get a hot tub to make up for it. Saw Life's Great Spas ad on
Facebook and sent a message. I received swift, informative back and forth with
the owner. She was well informed and professional. We quickly set up an
appointment to view their showroom. When we got there, they were courteous and,
again, informative. however, they were not pushy. They let us look around, asked
if we had questions, what we were looking for, specs and gizmos we desired and
pointed us to what fit the part. Gave us time to climb in and feel it out, to
talk amongst ourselves about it. Answered passing questions with ease. We
decided on the one we wanted, paperwork was short and simple. Financing was a
breeze. Delivery was less than 2 weeks later. The owners themselves came out
delivered, installed, set up and got running our new spa. All the while
explaining each step. Our spa purchase included the spa, the lid, lid lift
assist bar, steps, 2 booster seats (they were on back order), all the chemicals
needed and their white glove delivery and installation and training.It was a
wonderful experience for the purchase of a wonderful product!

started our search. After visiting two other dealers, we instantly knew we would
