Dear Colleagues —

 

Following a pilot last year, we’re excited to officially launch The Curiosity
Club, giving everyone in our Operations organization the chance to speak to the
Operations Leadership Team about hot topics identified through last year’s
Amplify Engagement Survey and Women in Operations Survey.

 

We’ve heard that many of you don’t think we take sufficient effort to get your
opinions – and we’re listening and taking action. Participating in a Curiosity
Club session is a fantastic opportunity to have a direct impact on the future of
our Operations organization by helping us understand what’s working well and
where there’s room for improvement.

 

We’ll cover different topics throughout the year with our upcoming sessions
focusing on action planning in response to the Amplify Engagement Survey. These
60-minute sessions will give you the opportunity to review the key improvement
areas identified via your feedback (empowerment, diversity & inclusion,
recognition and communication) and share your views on what you think we should
incorporate into our Operations action plan to make positive changes across our
organization.

 

If this is an area you’d like to discuss, please email
operations@dieboldnixdorf.com and let us know which of the following sessions
you’re interested in attending. There are 10 spaces in each session and they
will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

 * Monday, Jan. 31 at 9:00 a.m. ET / 3:00 p.m. CET with Stefan Benzenberg,

 * Tuesday, Feb. 1 at 4:00 a.m. ET / 10:00 a.m. CET with Paul Fisher,
   facilitated by Milind Tailor
 * Tuesday, Feb. 1 at 9:00 a.m. ET / 3:00 p.m. CET with Gorazd Vrbica,
   facilitated by Rachel Brewster
 * Tuesday, Feb. 1 at 11:00 a.m. ET / 5:00 p.m. CET with Chase Andrews,
   facilitated by Tanja Werres
 * Wednesday, Feb. 2 at 2:00 a.m. ET / 8:00 a.m. CET with Philippe Dauphin,
   facilitated by Regina Kroeker

Please note that Olaf will host a follow-up session in early February to get a
consolidated view, with participants selected from the above sessions.
