chosen by the community, serving as the Core Team, Moderators, and Council. We
plan to bring innovation, utility, and benefits to our holders. We are bored,
but we are okay. Bear-ish.

Okay Bears Yacht Club by OBYC Labs is a collection of 7,777 NFTS across the
Ethereum Blockchain, generated from over 167 hand-drawn traits, inspired by two
iconic NFT collections: Bored Ape Yacht Club and Okay Bears,

The OBYC Hazmat Division consists of 10,000 Lab Items with 7,777 L1 Lab items
airdropped to all Okay Bear Yacht Club Bears. Choose your path wisely with the
L2 Lab Items mint.

Mutants vs. Machines is the three-tiered evolution of 10,000 OBYC Bears who
consumed toxic salmon (Mutants) or were exposed to Nanobots (Machines). All of
the 7,777 genesis OBYC bears can transform into L1 Mutants OR Machines.

WHY CHOOSE US?

Okay Bears Yacht Club launched on May 18th, 2022 as a free mint inspired by two
iconic NFT collections: Bored Ape Yacht Club and Okay Bears. On May 20th, 2022,
OBYC was verified as an official collection on OpenSea. What started as an art
project has matured into a community-focused movement with many talented people
helping to build something truly special.


BEAR-ISH VISION

The vision of OBYC is to grow into a robust ecosystem with full ownership of
digital assets, IP rights, and real-world advantages for community members. For
the collectible owner, it means not only rewards from various mechanisms but
also real-life engagement, in-person meetings, and other OBYC club activities.
