HOW TO PLACE ORDERS WITH MOBILE MANAGER




With Mobile Manager, you can log in and toggle the following simple services, on
or off, as well as request PAC/STAC and early termination charges at any time,

Make changes to phones in real-time. Check the service status of devices in a
snap. Make changes to simple services (e.g. international roaming). Start a SIM
swap. Get a PUK code. Change usernames.

REPORTING WITH

MOBILE MANAGER




For forgotten passwords please visit the Mobile Manager website, you can find
this underneath where you enter your username and password. There is a forgotten
password link which will allow you to reset it.




After entering your username and email address an email will be sent that lets
you reset your password.

On the Mobile Manager login page there is a link called ‘Forgot Password’
(Located under the login boxes). Simply enter your username and email address
and an email will be sent to you containing instructions on how to reset your
password.
