They diagnosed the things wrong with my car also. I received an email and a text from them explaining everything in full detail with pictures and instructional videos regarding how to fix the problem and what damage the problem could cause. Kim was so easy to talk to and helped me figured out how to get my tire fixed- as an out of town traveling nurse who sputtered into town on my donut spare tire.
