Dear applicants,
The Academic Evaluation Center (APS) – part of the German Embassy to India –
appreciates your interest in taking up academic studies in Germany. The center
strives to work on your applications as quickly and efficiently as possible. It
has therefore undertaken several steps to answer to the high number of
applications. To further optimize the process, APS will from now on only be able
to accept documents by letter post or courier. To fully concentrate on the
verification process, APS cannot offer personal meetings or respond to case
related queries in person. Please contact us by e-mail or by our contact form.
Your Inquiries are very important to us. Due to a high number of email inquiries
there may be a delay in responses. We endeavor to reply to your inquiry as soon
as possible.

APPLY IN 6 EASY STEPS

Send the documents via courier and track the progress of your application status
by logging into your account.

If you wish to pursue higher studies in Germany, APS India is your first stop
for verifying your Indian academic documents.
Step 2: Plan your application
Plan your application following the guidelines given on our website. In some
cases, certain tests may be mandatory for the application process. Kindly refer
to the information on deadlines and dates on the respective websites.
Step 3: Assemble your documents
Gather originals and copies of your academic documents. Attach translations if
required.
Step 4: Register yourself
Follow the instructions on the APS India website and get registered online under
the appropriate process.
Step 5: Pay Online
Pay the APS India fee online. Once we have received the payment, we can start
processing your application.
Step 6: Send the documents and track the application status
