REGULATION E - ERROR RESOLUTION AND DISPUTE PROCESSING

Regulation E has gained more and more traction over the last few years with
respect to Error Resolution Investigations. Regulation E provides the error
resolution procedures that must be followed, outlines detail in calculating
consumer liability, and defines errors that are covered under the rules. It
should all be simple, right?

During this event, we will refresh on the basic requirements of the Error
Resolution process and talk about some of the hiccups in processing. We’ll also
discuss some real-life scenarios to help provide some perspective in those
sticky situations. We’ll also go over the other requirements that Regulation E
covers that aren’t so “talked about” at the moment.

TO RECEIVE CPE CREDITS:

Each attendee must be registered on the paid event registration and attend a
full 50 minutes for each CPE credit hour. Each attendee is also required to
answer all live polling questions (if only one person is logged in on behalf of
a group, the representative’s answers will count for the group as long as the
individuals were on the event registration).

additional attendees. If more than 5 colleagues wish to attend, you’ll need to
