With the latest technology of threaded smoke pipe, the heat transfer effect is
obvious, which not only improves the convection heat transfer efficiency of the
boiler, reduces the fuel consumption by more than 10%, but also changes the
rigid stress into elastic stress, avoids the mental fatigue caused by the heat
expansion and cold contraction during combustion, improves the life of the
boiler, and reduces the economic loss caused by frequent replacement of the
boiler.

The latest technology of threaded smoke pipe, reduces more than 10% fuel
consumption

In the high-temperature zone of the furnace, the latest 4th generation
corrugated furnace is adopted, which not only increases the radiation heat
exchange area by more than 30%, but also automatically compensates the thermal
expansion stress of the furnace, avoids the defects such as the weld crack
caused by the change of the thermal stress on the tube plate, and also avoids
the economic loss caused by the boiler shutting down due to the broken. The
corrugated furnace of EPCB is specially designed to make the flue gas turbulent
in the flow process. The flue gas temperature can be fully and quickly
transmitted to the hot water/steam medium, which can improve the thermal
efficiency of the boiler by at least 15%.

adopts spiral suspension combustion. According to the fuel provided by the user,

The water treatment system is equipped with international famous brands such as
FLECK or RUNXIN. The full-automatic continuous water supply, low energy
consumption, the power consumption is only 3 watts, and the treatment index is

equipment, and can only provide a small part of the parameters of their
equipment. We recommended 1t/h steam boiler for them after our professional
calculation. After customer’s comparison of the fuel price and boiler cost, the
customers choose a coal-fired steam boiler finally. In fact, another boiler
supplier was also discussing with this customer at that time. However, this
customer pays more attention to our quality and after-sales service and finally

4T/h Coal Fired Steam Boiler Project in Pakistan

The project is used in a chemical plant in Pakistan. The user has successively

2T/h Heavy Oil Fired Steam Boiler Project in Bangladesh

The project is used in a knitting factory in Bangladesh. According to the user's
requirements, we chose two 2T / h heavy oil fired steam boilers to replace their
old 4T / h steam boilers. After analyzing the heavy oil quality, EPCB has
selected the heavy oil burner of BALTUR , which is Italy brand, but with very
high reputation in China market. According to the heat demand of the Knitting
mill, the heat load of the boiler can be adjusted at any time to meet the actual

1T/h LPG Fired Steam Boiler Project in Philippines

The project is a laundry factory in the Philippines. The user got in touch with
EPCB through the introduction of a laundry equipment manufacturer in China.
After their investigated, they knew that EPCB is a boiler manufacturer with a

many laundry equipment manufacturers, has years of rich overseas market

6T/h Biomass Fired Fixed Grate Steam Boiler for Printing & Dyeing Industry in
Bangladesh

The user is a famous printing and dyeing enterprise group in Bangladesh, ranking
in the top 10 in the same industry. The user found EPCB in EPCB’s local office
in Bangladesh. At that time, the customer’s factory accepted a large number of
printing and dyeing orders, and the production schedule was very tight. Due to
the shortage of natural gas supply, it is almost impossible to produce normally.
They hope we can help them out with a set of boiler solutions. The EPCB local
office immediately sent professionals to the site to investigate the situation
and find alternative fuels. Then specially designed a new steam boiler burning
compressed corncob for this customer, and the fuel utilization rate can reach
