In his role as CEO of Risk Capital and Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions, Andy Marcell
develops new ways to grow the business across its existing client base while
also implementing strategies to bring in new clients. He will be speaking about
the biggest challenges in property insurance and how reinsurance can help the
primary market solve them.

Joe Christiana
Partner, Dowling & Partners

Joe Christiana is a Partner at Dowling & Partners and manager of the property &
casualty research team, including lead coverage of public intermediaries, as
well as large- and mid- cap primary insurers. He began his career at Dowling &
Partners in 2007 and was admitted to the partnership in 2012.
