We have tried the possible injection gate locations in the mold flow and it has helped to change some wall thickness in some key areas producing good results at the designing stage. CASE STUDY 2: MULTI-CAVITY FILLING BALANCE ANALYSIS The Multi-cavity mold will have filling balance problems. This case was a 3+3 cavities mould, the 2 parts do not have the same size. Finally we have successfully find the balance runner diameter with mold flow.
