We provide a wide range of services to help clients with all of the front-end
work that goes into a product before actual production begins. Some of those
services include preliminary design, material selection, pricing, mold design,
evaluation and procurement, CAD/CAM, surface modeling, and communication with
the customer's engineering department. For each part we manufacture we will do
the DFM study and mold flow analysis which will improve and support the mold
structure design.

DESIGN FOR MANUFACTURABILITY

Our experience shows that the designer works within the context of an existing

design of the product. When design engineers and manufacturing engineers work
together to design and rationalize both the product and production and support
processes, it is known as integrated product and process design. The designer's

maintainability is the starting point for integrated product development. Our

tools to lower the cost.

Understanding the manufacturability of an injection mold design is crucial to

CASE STUDY 1: INJECTION GATE LOCATION ANALYSIS

Customer wants to avoid knit lines in the branches. We have tried the possible
injection gate locations in the mold flow and it has helped to change some wall
thickness in some key areas producing good results at the designing stage.






CASE STUDY 2: MULTI-CAVITY FILLING BALANCE ANALYSIS

The Multi-cavity mold will have filling balance problems. This case was a 3+3
cavities mould, the 2 parts do not have the same size. Finally we have
successfully find the balance runner diameter with mold flow.

Major suppliers are Assab Uddeholm, Thyssen, LKM and Bohler steel. Major steel
for cavity and core such as 420/1.2083, H13/1.2344, S7 for fully harden tooling,
P20/1.2311 for pre-harden tooling. Apply Ampco, Moldmax, and Beryllium Copper
for better cooling. 01/1.2510 cold work steel for Gibs and Wear Plates. DME
steel AISI 4130 1.1730 for mold base.
