You know that a full night’s rest is essential to the well-being and happiness
of your family… here’s how we’ll get there:

 * SLEEP MAGIC
   
   
   No two families or babies are alike in their needs and dynamics. We recognize
   the profound connection between the love you have for your baby, their
   development, the feeding relationship and sleep. I’ve devoted the last five
   years to certifications, training and continued education to create sleep
   solutions that take into account these interconnected elements. Alongside
   constant learning to better support families, a big part of my sleep magic is
   working with families in-person. Each month, I support babies and toddlers
   through bedtime and nighttime wakes. Constantly working with different
   children and different families in real time, I’ve picked up on the nuances
   and flexibility of sleep coaching that makes the process easier. Alongside
   the basic principles of introducing independent sleep that do stay relatively
   consistent, is room for each child to be met exactly where they are. Nothing
   works for all babies.
   
   

 * FAMILY-FOCUSED APPROACH
   
   
   I arrive with no agenda other than to welcome you into a safe coaching space
   and learn about your family’s ideal vision sleep. From there, we do a deep
   dive into your capacity for change, the feeding relationship, developmentally
   appropriate expectations, root causes of sleep symptoms and options to
   introduce independent sleep. Our whole child, whole family, solution-based
   approach is unlike most cookie-cutter providers. We take a big picture look
   at sleep biology- age appropriate total sleep times, synergy between night
   and daytime sleep, sleep environment, optimal and individual nap timing,
   sleep latency, and pattern of night wakings. We look at underlying triggers
   for poor sleep-low ferritin stores, oral tethered tissues, eczema, reflux,
   prematurity, torticollis, sleep disordered breathing, formula intolerance,
   CPMA and nutritional deficiencies. And, we cover sleep hygiene basics too
   (nourishing routine, lighting, temperature, positive associations, screen
   time, hunger, and sensory input).
   
   

 * COZY, ON-GOING SUPPORT
   
   
   On-going support that offers a safe space for parents to share their
   experience, ask questions and talk through progress. I monitor your child at
   every step of the process through our feeding/sleep logs to ensure baby is
   responding well to the changes and and help parents take things one step at a
   time. This conscious care helps families navigate the process with
   confidence, learning tools and skills along the way that allow them to
   continue prioritizing sleep for years to come.
