FAST TRACK IMMIGRATION ARRIVAL

The guest shall be greeted at the end of Air Bridge in the terminal building by
a dedicated first class personal assistant (FCPA) in a uniform holding a welcome
signage with the guest name or company's logo. A golf cart shall then escort to
Premium and exclusive Immigration Counter, where the FCPA shall assist to the
Immigration Process followed by baggage claim and custom clearance and finally
to assembly point at Arrival Hall for further commutation by our fleet of
Exclusive Premium Limousines. (If booked with us).

FAST TRACK IMMIGRATION DEPARTURE

The guest will be greeted by our dedicated first class personal Assistant (FCPA)
in a uniform holding a welcome signage with the guest name or company's logo at
Airlines Check-In counter at Departure hall and shall assist you with check-in
procedure to get boarding pass followed by premium immigration and passport
control counter, where the FCPA shall assist to complete the immigration
process. The guest then can be escorted to the Airline VIP Lounge if eligible or
can be dropped to enjoy the luxurious world class brands for Shopping and Food
or to the departure gates.

* VIP Lounge access is only available on an International Departure Terminals.
- Duration for the VIP lounge access for above mentioned charge is maximum for 2
hours, above which it is chargeable at THB 700/person/ hour.
(A maximum of 15 mins shall be waived for delay inside the lounge after which it
shall automatically be renewed for an hour.)

VIP TRANSIT / CONNECTING FLIGHT ASSISTANT SERVICES

For Cases, where baggage checked-in till final destination
The guest shall be greeted at the end of Air Bridge in the terminal building by
a dedicated first class personal assistant (FCPA) in a uniform holding a welcome
signage with the guest name or company's logo. A golf cart shall then escort to
Visa / Immigration Counter, where the FCPA shall assist to complete the Visa
Application/Immigration Process followed by custom clearance and dropped till
departure gate for connecting flight.

For Cases, where baggage’s claim on Arrival and Re-Check-in at Connecting
Airport
The guest shall be greeted at the end of Air Bridge in the terminal building by
a dedicated first class personal assistant (FCPA) in a uniform holding a welcome
signage with the guest name or company's logo. A golf cart shall then escort to
Premium and exclusive Visa/Immigration Counter, where the FCPA shall assist to
complete the Visa Application/Immigration Process followed by baggage claim and
custom clearance and finally to assembly point at Departure Hall for further
Re-Check In.
        The FCPA shall assist with check-in procedure to get boarding pass
followed by premium immigration and passport control counter, where the FCPA
shall assist to complete the immigration process. The guest then can be escorted
to the Airline VIP Lounge if eligible or can be dropped to enjoy the luxurious
world class brands for Shopping and Food or to the departure gates.

Note:
1. Minimum Connecting Time (MCT) for transit requires at least 2-3 hrs. (For
your convenience and comfort). However, MCT transit time may differ between
Airline Carriers.
