Purchasing was a breeze and I was instantly sold after seeing all the options this chair comes with. T was really easy to unpack and I didn’t even need to read instructions on how to put it together. It was fully assembled except for the foot rest. But that was super easy to attach. This chair is so user friendly that my 2 year old knows how to turn it on and how to set my favorite setting and how to turn it off. The chair itself is big and comfy but it doesn’t take up much space at all. My only complaint is the power button is on the bottom back side of the chair. Not very convenient. But I would buy this chair again!! The rollers do not hurt and make my headaches instantly go away. Never had a chair do that before, I’ve had to spend thousands on massages to make the headaches go away. Sit in this chair for 20 min and headache be gone.
