Required International Nurses Qualifications:

 * Minimum one-year recent nursing experience in a tertiary-level acute care
   hospital (100-bed minimum)
 * Must have passed the NCLEX-RN
 * Must have passed an English language competency exam
 * Must be willing to make a three-year contract commitment

TRANSCULTURAL ASSIMILATION PROGRAM

The AdventHealth Transcultural Assimilation Program (TAP) provides an
opportunity for international nurses to successfully transition and assimilate
into the United States health care system. International nurses are provided a
pathway for success as they complete a comprehensive program designed to enhance
personal and professional growth.

Transcultural Assimilation Program (TAP)
 1. Supportive, faith-based environment that is nationally recognized for
    excellence in patient safety
 2. Employer-paid immigrant visa sponsorship for eligible candidates
 3. Competitive pay and benefits, with a comprehensive employee wellness program
 4. Clinical ladders to help you advance in your career are available at most
    campuses
 5. Opportunities to participate in volunteer efforts both locally and globally
 6. Transcultural Assimilation Program to orient you to the U.S. healthcare
    system
 7. First-month housing and transportation provided if needed
 8. Initial one-time $2,000 stipend (subject to taxes)
 9. Assistance setting up bank accounts, cell phone services, and other actives
    to help you settle into you new home

Graduate Nurse (GN) Program

    excellence in patient safety
 2. Employer-paid immigrant visa sponsorship for eligible candidates
