CONSISTENTLY PLEASANT STAY
Westin New York Time Square is the only hotel we choose for NYC. The
location and consistent service are hard to beat. Even on our 5th stay the
staff impressed us with their service. Special thanks to Kenneth at the
Front Desk and to Housekeeping. We’ll be back!

GREAT QUIET ROOM
Had a great quiet corner room with a beautiful view of the city. My
complaint was that the bathroom door could not close easily and we had a
few moths flying around the room on our first two days.

GREAT STAY AND QUIET
With the hustle and bustle of New York going on outside our room was
comfortable and quiet. The beds were nicely made and comfortable from our
long trip across country. We were able to destress and get ready to visit
with family.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the Westin. The staff
was rude and unhelpful, and the state of the room was unacceptable. The
sheets were dirty and extremely wrinkled, and the towels were also dirty.
Even the cheesecake from room service tasted strange. Additionally, a $9
delivery charge for room service is outrageous. Overall, I did not find the
Westin to be welcoming or accommodating to their guests.
